This is the 5th time dealing with NE Appliance. Excellent work, immediate response time. Worked on our freezer twice, my dad's oven and now our washing machine. Had to order a part and it will be repaired in two days! Great work guys, thanks!

Even though the parts for my dryer were discontinued my experience was still pleasant as Lynn in the office and the technician Justin were very professional and helpful.

Brand new refrigerator came with ice maker not working. Had to go through Northeast Appliance for the repair and replacement parts. Waited 4 months on end for an appointment...given a 5 hour window to show up...took a day out of work...only to be called 3.5 hours in to let me know they may or may not make it in time. Customer service rep was beyond rude.
