DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. Very poor customer service. Very slow to get parts for my Maytag washing machine. Very high cost for simple parts

I called with a refrigerator emergency at 4:45pm. By 5:30, a repairman had arrived, the problem had been diagnosed, fixed, and the very reasonable bill had been paid. It doesn't get any better than that!

Very unprofessional.. i had very bad experience with them . I was having appointment with them from 10 to 2 , when I called around 1.45 they said will be little late n will there in 30mins it’s already out of appointment time even though I said okay for them. When they reached n called me I told hem to wait for 10mins bcoz i was with my baby, without saying anything they just left. Then wats the point I gave them grace time. I called the customer care they were telling out technicians are too busy, they think we don’t have any other work whole day waiting for these people , finally my day end without any work .very rude, not customer friendly .. definitely not recommend this

Called with a Problem. Icemaker not working. Talked with Bill Very Professional it was at the end of the Day. . took my address and was at my Home in 20 minutes he checked for water flow. Voltage and Valves. He then took the icemaker apart. Found the problem and fixed it. VERY Professional. .Knows what he is doing. I would Highly Recomend Him.

Bill the owner came out to fix an overheating issue. After he left the fridge started to make a loud banging noise. He came back to fix the issue and it was not resolved. It is now constantly knocking, I counted 185 knocks in a 42 second period where it sounded as if someone was banging on my door but it was just the fridge. Poor customer service.

He had mine for less than a week, called me and told me it was ready for pick up. He said the problem was so small that it was free of charge. These people were a true help, never going to anyone else!!

We called them because our fridge was not frezzing properly so he came look at our fridge and unfortunately the repair would have cost more than buying a new one. He was very honest about it and didn’t even want to charge me I thought that shows ethic and I will definately call them again if I need to.

Rude, worst customer service team. Gave 10 to 2pm appt time, called at 1:45 said will be there in 30 mins, arrived after 45 mins. I had to cancel my another appt and rushed home with crying baby, when they arrived i told them to wait for 10 mins to open the door. They did not even say that they can't wait and left my home. When i called the customer service they said their technician can't wait for 10 mins, Then you want customers to wait for 45 mins beyond appt window and from 10 to 2:45 pm. You can't wait for 10 mins?

AWFUL! Contacted this company because they were local and because they do same day service. No discussion occurred on rates, but they did show up in about 2 hours which was nice. Unfortunately, one of the repairmen was being extremely rude while I was explaining some regretted DIY-approaches, and when I confronted him about it, they decided to no longer do business and left.

I called at 4:30 on Friday, my dryer was not working. An hour later they were at my house, diagnosed the problem. Had to order the part, was back on Saturday to fix the dryer. Very happy with their service. Price was reasonable. Definitely recommend them.
