Constraction reviews in Rockland, Massachusetts

Able is a great company to work with. We had a fire in a commercial building that resulted in significant smoke damage. The cleaning was thorough, complete and done quickly with no disruption to my daily business operation.

Able is a company that cares

Very professional, honest and respectful. I would highly recommend. Great service.

Able Construction is an amazing company and is truly there for their customers. Highly recommend them.

Friendly and professional. I am no longer afraid to go to my basement. Thanks Richie and team for cleaning things up. Would definitely recommend Able Home Services.

Able Construction is top notch! They are knowledgeable, responsive and skilled in their abilities; from remediation to remodeling. I really appreciated their strong communication throughout the project as well as their promptness and professionalism. I highly recommend!! A+ service
I am one satisfied customer.

I cannot say enough positive things about Able Construction, LLC . Able completed my total interior remodeling project ahead of schedule, and within the matter of weeks, I was able to move into my new open-concept home. They were extremely thorough from the start of the consultation, to the design, and then the construction. They made a point of keeping me updated every step of the way through the entire process. What I appreciated the most, was that they would offer alternative solutions, by choosing comparable materials, whether it was carpet, paint, flooring or fixtures, to keep me well within my budget. I am so pleased with the results, and the quality of service they provided. I highly recommend their outstanding service, and beyond reasonable pricing. I love my new kitchen, living room, dining room, and bathroom!

Had their team led by Lewis do insulation work through Mass Saves at our multi unit condo. Communicative, easy to work with, and did a great job.

The lacrosse wall in Cohasset is great my kids love it

Great place for all of your landscaping, construction, natural and synthetic turf needs.

John Chaffin was an absolute pleasure to deal with! He guided our parent group from the very beginning of our project. John attended many school committee/town council meetings to answer questions and most importantly to educate the people in our town. He brought samples of turf for us to view and gave his recommendations. We were not surprised when he showed up to an ice cream social and helped us pass a bond in our small town! Our Scituate community was blessed to have met him. R.A.D. Sports is the BEST of the best!

the field is looking good but unfortunately it is well beyond time so the kids cannot be on it for much practice time for the season if any at all. It is very disappointing that it is so late and the kids will have no time to practice on it prior to season starting. RAD has had enough experience that weather and other factors should be worked in. Not a good job based on promised finish time and actual finish time. They talk a good talk to get contract but did not deliver on time and that is part of the deal. For $3 mil they should finish on time or have penalties in contract but even with those it is the kids who suffer by not being on the field.

Our local adult softball league contracted Nate and his crew to work and regrade our field this spring. Cant emphasize enough how worth while this was for us! Nate and his crew know what theyre doing and care about their craft. They were on time and professional throughout. If youre considering work for your sports field, dont just hire some landscaper to spread dirt... hire professionals. You get what you pay for, and we couldnt be more happy with how our field came out. Worth every penny. Will be working with Nate and his group for a long time to come.

Disappointed in this company that even with the correct building and site plans, they still constructed the fences around our youth baseball field incorrectly. The plans that were approved by the town were to be 6 feet in height, however they put up 3-foot fences all around the field. Apparently, they didn't have enough materials for a 6 ft fence, so they just put up the 3.
I think it's unacceptable that a big company like this can be so irresponsible especially when they're getting paid a lot of money for this project. It has taken them 6 years for this project and they still didn't do it right.

High quality work! Great and skilled team!

So professional! Beyond and above quality carpenter work

Bruno & his crew were wonderful, his price was very reasonable and I couldn't be happier with the results!.They went above and beyond my expectations, I cannot say enough good things about Topline, highly recommend!

We have used Cincotta Renovation for both our bathrooms, and several other projects around our home. We would highly recommend Thom!

Ive been hiring Thom on and off for a few years. His prices and his work are great. Most jobs have been small and he fits me in between his larger jobs. I did have him install a new staircase and he did his research and hired subcontactors to help him with some specifics. The results were fantastic and the price beat out the other estimates. You can tell he loves his work. Hes also nice to deal with, a goofy and polite guy.
