Purchased a lawnmower with a service contract from Homedepot Rockland. Contacted service company (Asurion) and they told me to contact a repair service. Contacted the repair company left a number of messsges Waited a week with no response and contacted Asurion again. They then gave me a number of other repair service companies (many not even in Massachusetts ), where I would spend more in fuel than cost of repair

Decided to contact homedepot in Rockland and spoke with three managers over three days, wach promised to contact local repair company and get back to me. I have yet to hear back from any of the three.

Additionally, the service company said don't expect your lawnmower back for a while. Who in Mass needs a lawnmower in Oct or November

I have never written on of these before, but wanted to let you know that Homedepot just rips you off over these repair contracts ---- nothing but a SCAM.

Managers at Homedepot need some training on customer service Maybe the whole company needs a makeover

I was purchasing a coax splitter and had no idea where I might find it, since there wasn’t anyone to get help from. Eventually I did find someone, but I was in the store for 45-60 minutes looking for it I had a ten minute visit in mind.

mini split tune-up was pointless, they simply sprayed cleaner in my head and called it a tune-up. That ain't even close. Don't waste your time.

We recently purchased a storm door and had it installed by a Home Depot contracted installer. The experience from start to finish was without complications and the installer was excellent.

I chose Home Depot for a carpet installation for a bedroom. I picked out a carpet, set up an appointment for a measurement, and in less than 2 weeks it was installed! The installation was fast and flawless. The company that actually did the installation was JJ&V. Victor was the main installer with the help of a 2nd assistant. EXCELLENT 👏...I would highly recommend this installer, and the Home Depot experience.
