Repeat T&C customer here. Excellent customer service, easy to schedule, provided email updates for scheduling/arrival, and the carpet cleaning results were top notch. We had custom area rugs, upholstered counter/bar stools, wall to wall carpeting in the basement and stairs cleaned all in one day (half a day really). It was a lot of work and April completed it with professionalism and a smile; she's fantastic. Town & Country isn't some massive conglomerate and doesn't try to jam their way into your home with a gotcha low intro price and then hard upsell you. They are local and treat you like a valued customer. T&C has fair prices that are transparent. We wanted to add an additional room to what was scheduled to be cleaned and it was no problem; got the estimate for the additional room (and stairs) and we said yes. 100% recommend.

April came to my residents this morning and did amazing job on multiple carpets on 2 different floors. They came out great as they really needed a good cleaning after the winter months. She did this all in a great time frame. Thanks April and Town and Country highly recommend them.

I’m not really sure what happened with this place. We have had cleaning done by them before, but they have no-showed 3 times now and there’s absolutely no way to speak to anyone that actually works for this company. They use a third party phone answering service, who cannot transfer you to anyone at Town and Country. They can only “take messages”, and the calls are never returned.

Really disappointing downturn, as these guys used to be great.

preston did an incredible job cleaning our carpets. not only was he professional, but he also had a really friendly attitude and showed up right on time, which is a big plus! this is actually the second time i'm using their carpet cleaning services in rockland, and i couldn't be happier. the first time, we had bicycle grease, dirt, and mud all over the main entrance of our old house, and after preston finished, the carpet looked brand new. the prices are very reasonable—definitely the best i've found around. preston is also super easy to work with and makes sure everything goes smoothly. i highly recommend them to anyone needing carpet cleaning, both for homes and businesses. great job preston!

We had a water leak in our rental home in Rockland that caused flooding and soaked our carpets. We called Jeff & Sons Carpet Cleaning Service, and Preston and his team arrived right away with powerful vacuums, big fans, and all the equipment needed for carpet cleaning and water removal. They worked quickly, even late at night, to pull out the wet carpet and move out the damaged furniture. Preston let us know we could relax because they would handle everything—and they really did. They turned a stressful mess into a manageable situation, and we are so thankful for their fast and professional service!

i have to rave again because 10 stars still do not feel like enough. preston came out and did a very thorough carpet cleaning job on the area rugs, sofa, and wall-to-wall carpet. he was kind, professional, and even gave attention to my rescue pups while working. i had forgotten about one extra rug, and he was happy to clean it too at no added cost. everything looked beautiful when he finished. the carpets felt soft, fresh, and clean, not stiff like they sometimes do after a cleaning. the upholstery and rugs also came out great, and the whole house felt more refreshed after the service. the next day, one of our dogs had an accident downstairs and left a few urine and stool spots on the carpet. i reached out, and bryson came back right away to treat and clean those areas. he kindly told us there would be no charge since we had just had the cleaning done and they wanted to help. that level of care and follow-up service really meant a lot to me. i was so happy with the whole experience. this team does excellent carpet cleaning, rug cleaning, and furniture cleaning, and their customer service is just as impressive as the results. highly recommend them for pet spot treatment, deep cleaning, and keeping carpets looking soft and fresh.

I was very impressed with the carpet cleaning service. It is really hard to keep carpet clean with a toddler, a teenager, and a house full of men, so the traffic areas were very worn and looked extremely dirty.
