He is responsive, professional, detailed-oriented and punctual (which is important when you juggle a busy schedule!). During the consultation period, he truly listens to what you want to do but balances that with great recommendations to improve your project while providing his expertise when you need it. He has provided 2 large project plans for our property thus far and both required little no iteration which is a testament to his ability to take your vision and put it into action.

Once your project begins, Joe keeps in contact to coordinate the job, introduce you to the crew lead (the crew is also fantastic!) and ensure you are aware of the progress daily. Any unplanned complications are addressed with full transparency and discussed with all options in mind to ensure you understand how your decision impacts the project from a timeline, plan and cost perspective.

I would highly recommend him for any projects you have on your property.

I had 2 large projects designed and completed by Cole Landscaping, an elevated bluestone patio with fieldstone walls in our backyard and large plantings with granite barriers in the front. These were large projects that required dedicated crews. I also use Cole for my regular property maintenance. I couldn't be happier with the work and, more importantly, with the crews that completed it.Everyone from design to estimate to work crews and office staff were incredibly friendly and professional. They always did what they said they would when they said they would do it. I was kept in the loop on timing and expectations. They always cleaned the job site at the end of every day. I just can't say enough about the quality of the work and the professionalism of the teams. I highly recommend this company for any project, large or small.

When it comes to searching for professional landscapers in the Ipswich area, none compare to Cole Landscaping. Greg and his team are punctual, professional and know their craft!. Greg and his staff have spent quality time with us as we hashed out our ideas for our townhouse community. Those ideas were followed up with detailed measurements and assessments.

For me though, aside from providing great landscaping, they also "get" the service piece of things in a way some places struggle with. Any time I've reached out with a request or a concern from a resident, Barbara gets RIGHT back to me and is always very pleasant and willing to make sure everything is all set. The customer service is absolutely top notch. I'd recommend these guys to anyone looking.

No idea how these people are in business. Took them over a month and a half to finally give me an estimate, after sending two separate people out who were clueless on pricing & what they could and could not offer. Their overall rates or astronomical and their ability to actually deliver was zero.
I gave them as many chances as possible before I wrote this review to make good on their terrible quality of service and they chose to completely ghost/ ignore me.

Lucky for me, I went with a different company who came out. Gave me an estimate that same day and started the very next day, I spent about a third of what I would have spent going with Cole and they did an amazing job.

I wouldn't recommend this company to anybody.
