My dryer vent had not been cleaned in a number of years and was clogged such that it was dangerous to use. i was air drying my wash until I made a service appointment with Tom S. a local TMS tech.
Tom gave me a quick service appt., arrived on time, went straight to work in my crawl space and was done in a reasonable time. He was professional and friendly--and even gave me a video of the dryer vent line (mine) being cleaned! Embarrassing, to say the least!
All in all, a happy service result and an excellent service contact.

Tom Skrodzki did an excellent job with installing a radon mitigation device. He even suggested I paint it the same color as the outer wall. It was done in a few hours starting at 8:00 AM. I was very impressed!

I love data, and Thomas measured the airflow through my duct before and after the work. He achieved a 10x improvement in airflow, and as a result, my clothes will now dry in about 1/6 of the time it used to take. He also left my laundry area cleaner than he found it.
