We have been with Merry Maids of Sagamore Beach for about 5 years now. They have been so good to us. We have two little ones and busy schedules so getting a little "reset" a couple of times a month is amazing. Afterwards I usually walk through the house appreciating how clean it looks and smells. lol Hey I have two little ones so I have to savor it while it lasts. I always recommend them to my friends and neighbors who are looking for help, because can't we all use some help with our busy schedules?! Thank you merry maids!

We have been using Dawn & her team for about 7 years now. They’re always prompt, courteous and do a great job. They are accommodating, any time we need to change or reschedule a cleaning. The rates are reasonable as well.

We've used Merry Maids to clean our office for years and years at this point. The office communicates well and always responsive if we need anything. Ashley C has been fantastic. She's thorough, easy to work with and does a great job. Very happy with her!!

So extremely disappointed. We had merry maids come in and do a $550 deep clean. Meaning walls, dusting, oven, stove, microwave, counters, baseboards, shower, bathroom etc. Reached out to Dawn with what I was unsatisfied with, example they cleaned the oven but didn’t clean the door on the inside. They mopped the kitchen and bathroom but nothing else. Didn’t clean the sliding glass door. Didn’t clean the kitchen table and so much more. But she assured me when they came back out they would do it. She even offered to have them come out the next day, however I have three German shepherd’s so just said we could do it at the next biweekly cleaning, not a big deal. I had them come out three more times. Each time she assured me everything would be cleaned. After the third time she said she couldn’t meet my expectations and I agreed. She couldn’t. I sent her pictures and even asked her to come out and look at everything. As I got to looking more and more so much had not been done. She didn’t charge me for the last biweekly which is great but I wanted money back on the deep clean since they didn’t do everything they were supposed to. She’s stopped responding to me on text, that is the ONLY reason I’m posting this here. People need to know. I’m still finding nothing was dusted except bedroom furniture and table in living room. They did the ceiling fan the first time and that was it. They did the shower itself but not under the seat or around the glass doors etc. still didn’t mop. I didn’t ask for anything unreasonable. The only reason I had them come is because I have a bad back and my husband has MS. Then she tells me she stands behind her team and doesn’t think I should get any money back. Every picture hanging on my walls has never been touched. Top of thermostats full of dust. Nothing wiped down properly, streaks on everything. Shower still not cleaned including shower glass doors. If you need just a quick clean, then they might be the ones to use. Anything else, steer clear! And mind you, we clean every single day because of the dogs. But we own a business which makes it hard to leave this review, and just don’t have the time to it all. Dust can be hard to see cause it’s a picture

Hard working but need to transition to electric leaf blowers. I've got an average of 104 decibels while they gas powered leaf blowers

We have used Golden Touch for many years for landscaping and special projects. We have been very happy with their work and would recommend them for any landscaping projects..

Mike and his crew were awesome! They came out two days after I called, quickly worked to get rid of an incredible amount of weeds and dead plants in a large flowerbed, edged it, and planted some new flowers for me. The pricing was fair, and the crew was pleasant. I am using him in the fall for patio work as well.

Golden Touch Landscaping did a great job on our yard. They arrived on time and they didn't stop until the job was completed.:The employees were professional and we will definitely be having them back to do more landscaping. Would highly recommend Golden Touch.

Mike and his company did an excellent job installing our paver patio and new drains. His crew arrived on time every morning and worked hard throughout the day. We were very pleased with their work and if we need another project done, they will be the first we reach out to.

We first reached out to Golden Touch for a spring cleanup, including a pretty big wooded section at the edge of our property, plus hydroseeding. We were so impressed with the results that we decided it was time to reclaim our weekends and switch to weekly lawn maintenance. The whole experience has been fantastic. (My husband is even considering selling the tractor, which I never thought I’d see!) Thanks for a great season, Mike.
