Adesso is the best! The technician showed up exactly on time, quickly diagnosed and repaired my electric dryer, explained the reason for the failure and how to prevent it in the future, and charged very reasonable amount. What else one can ask for?

Excellent service! Got a quick appointment when I first called and even sooner once a cancellation came in. He was right on time and immediately was able to figure out the issue with my washing machine. Super friendly and knowledgable. Highly highly recommend this company. Ohh and great pricing!

Adesso is a fraudulent company. We had a so called 'handy man' come into our house to fix our fridge.

By the time this moron left, not only did he not repair the fridge at all but he then had my wife order the wrong parts from a refrigerator manufacturers website... That's not how this arrangement works. We called YOU to FIX our fridge. We pay, you fix. Not that hard of a concept to understand unless you are trying to SCAM your lesser repair-knowledgeable customers.

The owners of this company should be ASHAMED of themselves. Instead of giving this company more of my hard earned money on a second visit, I decided to call General Electric (which was my first choice).

From Hannah answering the phone to Griff servicing my washer, it was an excellent experience. Polite, knowledgeable, efficient and on time. Won't go anywhere else for appliance repair. 5 plus stars.

I purchased a condominium and once I moved in, I realized the refrigerator was not working properly. With great hesitation I called Adesso (I was concerned that I would spend a lot of money on repairs and would end up having to replace it anyway). I was delighted with the response time, the service, the price and the result. Very trustworthy competent technician answered all my questions.

Very professional, courteous, and honest. The computer on our 2-year-old oven went crazy, and the replacement was several months back ordered. He got the one we had working as best he could, and once the new one shipped in, he was out the next day to install it.

We've used Adesso several times and they are a dream to deal with. Erica in the office is super friendly and accommodating and Griffin has been efficient and helpful each time he's come to our home. I love supporting local small businesses and can't say enough good things about this company.
