Affinity gets a 5 star review for several reasons; knowledge, quality, trust and very competitive pricing. Our primary goal was to cool our cape style home in the summer months however Mass Save's whole home energy program rebate and 0% loan gave us the opportunity to cool and heat our home using the latest heat pump technology. Mike was very knowledgeable on Mass Save programs and all the documentation submissions required for approval. Mike was also very knowledgeable on the latest Mitsubishi heat pumps (low temp operation, efficiency, quiet). The work he and his team performed was outstanding, two external units and six internal units was a lot but they completed on time and were very respectful when working in our home. Finally, by working directly with Mike vs. much larger HVAC organizations gave us a direct line to the person responsible for quoting and completing the project. I highly recommend Affinity for your next project.

Affinity Construction has done several projects for us, a total renovation of our kitchen and two bathrooms.

Peter worked with us throughout the project to plan and calmly work through any unexpected hurdles with suppliers and tradesmen with excellent results. His crew are exceptional to work with!

A number of years ago, Affinity Construction re-built my garage and did a wonderful job. I have called on Peter Shepard for a number of issues that I have had with my multi family home over the years. His brother, Michael, had taken care of and fixed my air conditioning system for years.
Due to this past winter storms, my house had some significant damage, Peter and his crew removed the existing vinyl siding and replaced the rotted wood that was found and re-sided with Hardie shingles. They also replaced some windows and remodeled a kitchen.
Peter communicates frequently and the jobs were done on time and on budget.. He and his brother and their crew are wonderful to work with and I would not consider anyone else for future projects or fixes.

Mike's workmanship and his service standards are nothing short of "tall and handsome".
Our 5 year old air conditioner stopped working.
We hired two techs from two different "highly respected" companies. In both cases, we were charged dispatch fees and were told we need to repair/change our Condenser for about $2900...A big chunk of money for a relatively young machine. We were sad...
Until we were introduced to Mike!
He showed up, on time, fully prepared, professionally equipped, and went at the problems right away.
Our Condenser was leaking badly. Plus, the leaking pipes are difficult to reach. As I thought we were screwed....Mike skillfully twisted and pulled the problematic "intestines" out of the lifeless Condenser, fixed the leaks, and brought the whole thing back to life again! Chi-ching! Just like that. Problem solved. Ninja style. Efficient and handsome.
Everyone loves to know and work with real masters. I know I found one.

We could not be more happy with our decision to hire Affinity Construction. We had a small addition put on our home and not only was it completed ahead of schedule and on budget, we literally had no complaints from beginning to end. The actual work only took around 6 weeks but prior to that we had many months of hold ups with our town for various reasons. Michael and Peter were very helpful and understanding of the process and extremely patient while we worked out some issues with the town. Once work began, they showed up every single day on time and left the site spotless. Their crew was just as professional and polite as the owners. They promptly responded to our (many) questions over phone and email throughout the process. I really can't say enough about them. They will be my first and only call for any additional projects.

First off- Mike and Peter are two people that I feel are closer to your new best friends than actual contractors. They are two of the kindest and most genuine people I've ever met doing this sort of work. I unexpectedly had to gut two shower inserts in a multi-family building. Mike, Peter, Nick, and Pederson were here literally the next day at 7am ready to go, and continued to be every day until we were done. I was never left guessing on schedule, or timeline. Their work quality was excellent, and I even had them sort out a couple other odd-jobs I had on site while they were here. Communication was brilliant, and they were very realistic with me on everything they were encountering as they went through it. They communicate well with my plumber, and even held them accountable on a couple things on my behalf. I literally cannot recommend these guys enough.

Mike has also now referred me to my primary plumber and electrician which are also BRILLIANT. Great people find other great people I guess!

Stop looking around and call these guys for any sort of construction or HVAC needs you may have!

Honestly my only complaint is that Mike is so tall and handsome that It's really hard to be self-confident when you're around someone of such stature and grandeur. He's also a ninja I am fairly positive. Be warned he only accepts payment in precious gemstones.

Had a great experience with our storm door installation. Mark was a pleasure to work with, was very professional, and made our installation a priority. The door looks great and he got it done in a timely manner.

I hired Climatezone through Home Depot, to perform annual inspections and safety checks of 4 natural gas forced hot air furnaces in two separate homes. I am thoroughly disappointed with the services from Climatezone. This company’s main objective is to upsell the customer to purchase a new heating system. Furthermore, upon completion of the annual tuneup, Climatezone does not affix a dated sticker on the furnace to document the service. I asked for a sticker or label of some kind that would provide proof that the service was done (previous labels documenting annual service from another company were present on the furnaces), and I was told, “No, we don’t do that.” I’m puzzled as to why not. I subsequently hired a local company to inspect the furnace that Climatezone told me needed replacement, and they told me it was in excellent condition.

Initial communication lacking but figured out who to communicate with ( shout out to Kenneth) An expensive project - front door and two storm doors bought and installed. The front doors were custom sized which led to the higher cost. I was super impressed with my installer. Overall very pleased.

I had gutters installed on my garage. The experience was a little clunky at the beginning, since it was my and the contractor’s first time using the Home Depot service. Regarding my direct experience with the contractor, the company gave a great price, arrived as scheduled, were nice guys and did a fantastic job!

Great experience with Steve at Home Depot. He was knowledgeable, listened to my needs, explained the process, and arranged everything perfectly. Thanks so much! Installers were professional, quick and did a great job, and cleaned up afterwards! Thanks to all!

We had an awful experience with both Home Depot and the subcontractor. Someone came out to measure the room and stairs and we ordered the rug. We set up a time for install. It was then cancelled because the rug had not come in. Then we receive a call that the rug was in but they needed to measure. Someone came and remeasured. After much difficulty they said they had to remeasure. A subcontractor came out at 7PM on a Friday night and said he was there to install the carpet. We had been told they were measuring the stairs (again). They came out the following Saturday and installled the carpet. Two days later the dog peed on the carpet which is supposed to be especially for pets. When my husband sprayed Resolve Pet Cleaner and rubbed it with a rag, the rug was damaged (see pictures). Home Depot sent out an insurance inspector who stated that we were at fault for using an approved carpet cleaner and they would not replace or fix it.
