Called Linney and Eco Carpet showed up. Apparently they sub out…had no idea. Linney told me over the phone couches started at $99 and chairs $49. Told them my had two couches that were 7-foot long and a chair. Eco Carpet showed up and told me it would be approximately $1k to do two couches and a chair. I told them I wasn’t going to do that as earlier quotes were more than half that quote. I told Eco Carpet $500 was the max and we settled on $529.

Did Eco Carpet do a good job yes. But beware of inflated prices and getting a different company.

David and his team have done work for us, on and off, for many years. Phenomenal job. I hired them for a move-in clean to a house that was pretty dusty and just dingy. They arrived on time, communication was great, and worked within the timeframe that I needed.
The before, and after feels like night and day. With the cobwebs cleared from the windows, the entire interior feels brighter, and even the well worn-out floors appear in decent condition. The tiles in my kitchen have been cleaned, the vent in my bathroom has been wiped down, and all the light fixtures are now clean and shiny. Even the musty basement odor is gone. I definitely look forward to hiring them again.

I recently hired this company to deep clean my dad's home, which hadn't been updated since it was built in 1965 and had decades of accumulated smoke and grime. It was a massive job, and they handled it with incredible professionalism, care, and attention to detail.
From the very start, they documented everything meticulously with before and after photos, which really highlighted just how much work was done. They spent multiple days thoroughly cleaning every surface, and the transformation was nothing short of amazing.
They removed all the original carpeting from a bedroom and bathroom, took down and disposed of the old blinds, and left everything spotless. The house quite literally feels like it can breathe again.
