Jeremy is an excellent technician Knowledgeable, courteous and patient with my question. The office staff are the same. I have been with Balance Hvac for over 4 years and very happy ., Highly recommend.

Balance HVAC is FANTASTIC! Everyone on the team is a pro and provided prompt communication and service. The whole process from preliminary visit, quote, scheduling to installation was seamless and efficient. They came to the house this morning for the installation and worked through thunderstorms and torrential downpours the entire time! I honestly expected they would call it a day and come back at another time, but they stayed and completed the job above my expectations. EVERYTHING looks really good and works great and the job area was left very clean.
A+ on it all!

Great experience with Balanced HVAC! Our central AC stopped working overnight and we needed it fixed ASAP as we had some company coming in the next day. The HVAC service company we have used for years said it was a 5-10 day wait to get a tech here. We called Balanced HVAC and they were able to squeeze us in and get it fixed within 2 hours. Fantastic experience and would highly recommend!

Balanced HVAC just completed a retrofit of two gas furnaces in my home to a Mitsubishi heat pump for heat and AC. From the initial proposal to the final installation they were an excellent company to work with. Importantly, they didn’t propose to replace my entire system as one vendor recommended. Rather, they replaced the AC coils in the existing furnace which allowed me to keep the furnace online for emergency heat if needed. The installation process was completed on schedule. The crew was first rate and cleaned up and hauled off all debris from the work. Start-up went smoothly and included appropriate training on using the new system. I strongly recommend Balanced HVAC for others considering switching to a heat pump.

Easy to schedule, efficient, friendly, helpful and personable. Got our Heat pump installed with them in 2023 and scheduled maintenance.

Balanced HVAC Inc. was a real "find" last year when our AC failed during a heat wave. Spending the better part of the year in SW Florida, we're accustomed to quality AC service. When few answered their phone and those who did couldn't come out for a week or more, Balanced answered, took information over the phone and came out first thing the next morning and fixed the problem in 30 minutes. They are now our Cape Cod company doing annual servicing every spring. Highly recommended.

Very, very impressed! Our furnace died and within 30 minutes they sent someone out. He determined that the furnace in fact had died and we needed a new one. Prepped for getting ready for the new one and ordered it which, should be here in a day or two.

Just like they promised the furnace was here and they just finished installing it!

We are new to the area and our main AC unit failed (during a heatwave). We called a large plumbing company located on the Cape and four weeks later, after several visits, they were finally ready to send an estimator out to quote the project. Frustrated, we decided to give Balanced HVAC a call. Within 5 days they visited our home, assessed the problem, provided a quote and installed a new AC unit. Our house is now cool again and we will definitely call Balanced for our future HVAC projects.

Returned from a four day trip to find our furnace down. My " we are always here when you need us " service company couldn't respond for 1-3 days. A kind neighbor recommend I call Balanced HVAC. They had an extremely capable technician (Brody) at our home in 2 hours. He did what he could but we had to find an electrician. He connected us with Eric ( Balanced Electric) he came that night to get us back on line. We really appreciated the responsiveness.

Jeremy was very nice, efficient and professional. He wasted no time evaluating the problem and getting it solved. The communication was excellent from the time we scheduled the service call through the follow up after the work was completed. I recommend Balanced HVAC without hesitation.

Wow so impressed! Professional and reasonably priced. Our technicians were.outstanding! Listened to our concerns, showed us how to remedy, reviewed before they left, and were just SO great! So glad we were recommended to Balanced and they now have a lifelong customer with us.
