Absolutely fantastic service from an extremely knowledgeable technician. I am so happy to have discovered them and am looking forward to working with them in the future to keep up my heating maintenance.

I was originally told after I ordered the parts it was going to be $ 199 but ended up close to $ 300. Besides that everything was great.

Jeremy from the Balanced HVAC team was exceptional. He delivered expert service, arrived right on time, and demonstrated a level of professionalism that’s rare in the industry. The entire organization is top-notch, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.

Balanced did an awesome job on our Mitsubishi mini split system in our home. All the personnel from the office to the field were easy to work with and accommodating to requests. One of the better home contractors I’ve dealt with, and came in significantly lower than other quotes. Highly recommend!

Had my first service call with Balanced HVAC yesterday. Everything from my initial phone call to the visit to troubleshoot an air conditioning issue was 5 *****. Very thorough and great communication.

Prompt, friendly and professional. I highly recommend Balanced HVAC but I was disappointed that after spending 2 hours they were unable to determine why the mini splits were blowing cold air. As a result, we have to shut them down for the winter.

I was in a new house and my AC died. I was not a customer of Balanced, but got referred to them and so gave them a call. They said they could come out the next day - the technician (Matt) was incredibly knowledgeable and went through a range of options with us. Upon deciding which option were were going to go with, I could hear him talking to the office "they have no AC, it's really hot this week" - they put me on the schedule for the next day - and finished the job that day! I called them on a Monday and by Wednesday we had AC again. Great work by the whole team - friendly, knowledgeable, professional. I will never call any other company for my HVAC needs. No, this isn't a paid review - I legitimately am just this happy with them. THANK YOU!

Every interaction we have had with Balanced HVAC has been terrific. The office staff is always extremely helpful and very quick to return calls. Their service technicians are friendly, very neat and always show up on time. We are very happy that we selected Balanced HVAC to install our central air-conditioning system. I highly recommend this company.

Ashley & Kyle arrived promptly on time and completed the remediation of our a/c units in one hour. Very efficient and friendly as well as informative. And they left the inside and outside of our cottage in great shape and clean. Thank you

The service Balanced HVAC provided was incredible. Lincoln, the evaluator came to our condo and explained what was to be done and returned with a bid asap. We had both an AC unit and Furnace replaced. Originals since 1987. Taylor, back office manager couldn’t have been nicer and more accommodating. The Balanced team came to condo immediately to do the replacements. The team of Jeremy, Brodie (installation manager), and Ben were at another level when it came to proficiency, professionalism and courtesy. These guys are downright top notch. The price I was charged was very fair and this team deserved every cent they earned. If I could rate them higher than 5 stars I wouldn’t hesitate. Thank you to the entire Balanced HVAC team.

They came out on 12/24 and helped replaced my dead 17 year old furnace. Great job.

Brody, Ashley and Kyle did an outstanding job installing my new HVAC system. They arrived on time. They worked well as a team and kept me informed of their progress. They made sure the system was working well and I was satisfied before leaving.

I would recommend this company. I had no heat when I walked in from work. I called the first name that came up on my google search and I am very happy I did. The service tech arrived in about an hour and had the heat on in 20 minutes. Great tech, great company.

The HVAC installers were professional, polite, knowledgeable, and used Common Sense in the installation of my new HVAC Split system. I cannot have asked for a better installation using the best means of running the connections.
I am very pleased with the results and the working of the new system.

Balanced HVAC goes above and beyond. I was late in scheduling my maintenance, but Taylor was able to accommodate me. Due to a work situation, we had to reschedule but she was able to work with me schedule a convenient time. When Matt arrived for the maintenance, he was polite, respectful and efficient in completing the work. I am so glad that I connected with Balance for my mini-split heat pump .

Balanced HVAC is the best HVAC company we have worked with in Falmouth and the only one we recommend to our friends. Lincoln runs a very efficient and professional company, and Matt always gets our old units repaired to buy us time for a new unit to be installed. They have installed a heat pump for us and will soon be installing a new furnace.

We were very impressed with this company. They were easy to communicate with, on time, pricing was reasonable, did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. I was especailly impressed with how patient Matt was with all our questions and giving thorough answers so we understood everything. I will definitely use them again in the future.

From the front office to the technicians in our house, to a person I'd describe them - and our experience - as excellent. Replacing our HVAC system could have been overwhelming, but their expertise put our minds at ease. HIGHLY recommend.

Brody and Kyle where amazing. They came in , assessed our situation and resolved the problem right away.
