Reviews of local pros in Sandwich, Massachusetts

I subcontracted Andre to do some zero access tree pruning . Dude is the man. Super talented and professional. I highly recommend him for trees that require climbing.

I am so pleased with the work Arbor Access did on my property ! I have hired them 2 times and will do so again- they are professional, keep to the schedule and clean up the area when finished.

Arbor Access cares as much about preserving/saving trees as it does about removing/cutting them down. Consequently, you might have an unexpected conversation whereby the owner might be suggest you save a tree rather than cut it down. Call them and chances are a live voice will be on the other end. Work done right ther first time.

I had a tree in my yard for years that was a great source of anxiety every time the wind blew. Don’t get me started on the panic during a storm! Andre kept a close, expert eye on it. He eased my nerves that the tree was healthy and no need to spend the money to remove it at the time. As time went on, the tree began to lean more and more towards my house. A series of intense storms worsened the state of the tree. I called Andre one night and explained the new things I saw and he was there the next day with his crew to take it down! I appreciated that he didn’t just take down the tree and make some money right away. He waited until it was an actual threat and took care of it right away. His honesty, professionalism and expertise makes this company truly worth hiring. Even his crew was as passionate and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Arbor Access to anyone looking for a business that is professional, passionate, and knowledgeable about tree care.

We are so pleased with the work done on our property. Our rhododendrons are nicely shaped and the two fruit trees as well. Professional crew and cleaned up the yard nicely too! Highly recommend

A shout out to Arbor Access. The work was quoted at a fair price. Found the whole crew to be very professional and highly skilled. They left the work site as clean as they found it
Highly recommend them !

Part of a tree fell on my roof. I called Arbor Access on a Monday morning and they came right out, removed the tree from my roof and cleaned everything up. They came back the next day and took down the rest of the tree for me. Highly recommend them. I will continue to use Arbor Access for any/all tree work moving forward.
Thank you!

Highly recommended. Very professional, from the frontline workers to the office personnel. Many companies can cut down trees but a true arborist has knowledge of tree anatomy, balancing the enviornment and the desired needs of the customer.

Amazing business and customer service. Fantastic work ethic and responsiveness. I highly recommend Andre. You won’t find a better tree company.

Arbor Access performed a very detailed & efficient job, price was fair and service technicians are to be commended. Property was left very clean. This was my third experience using them.

We are thrilled with the work done by Arbor Access! Everyone we came in contact with was friendly, professional, and extremely punctual. We will definitely hire them again!

Arbor Access is our go to for tree removal. We have lots of trees on our property so we have already been customers of theirs twice and we trust them explicitly. A couple of the trees they took down on their first visit were right near a detached garage and they took them down with ease. They also helped us out in a pinch when we needed to get some trees down to keep a bigger project on track. 10/10 - we’re happy, loyal customers!

Arbor Access is a great find. They're professional, knowledgeable and kind. We had an urgent job and they were quick to respond ... at our house early the next morning. They worked with us to make sure the job was exactly what we needed. This is the second time we've worked with these guys and would do so in the future. - Paul

Arbor Access was prompt, professional, competiviely priced, knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend them for any tree service!

These guys are great. I Couldn’t have been happier with Arbor Access. The team was efficient, friendly and did a great job moving 2 large rhododendrons. They were reasonably priced, conscientious and cleaned up the site well. I’d hire them again in a heart beat. Communication with office and booking was superior.

(June 2025 Edit) Just another great experience with Arbor Access. Andre was coming by to do a walkthrough of our yard. He ended up being able to come a couple hours early, and we took a look at everything. He said "I hate to talk myself out of work, but nothing needs immediate attention." Then we asked if they also did pruning/trimming of shrubs, etc., and they do! He spent a half hour giving my wife and me pruning advice and identifying things for us. We're going to have them come back in the winter and trim a huge (think 10 or 11' tall and 20' wide) bush in our backyard, take down a nearly-dead pine, and grind out a stump. Andre couldn't be nicer or more knowledgeable.!

Arbor Access dropped a huge (80'+) oak that was only 10' from the front door of our home in Bourne. They were amazingly precise removing all the upper limbs, trimming back the trunk, then dropping the last large piece of the tree safely. They also removed some smaller saplings and trimmed dead branches from several other trees. They were cheerful, accommodating and professional. We look forward to using them for all our tree care!

We contacted Arbor Access a few weeks ago regarding trimming tree branches that hung over three neighbors properties. They responded quickly and within days sent a proposal for the work. The price was reasonable and the trees were trimmed in a timely manner. We are very pleased with the result.

Great crew. Job was done as said. Very satisfied and would highly recommend.

I had a great experience with the folks at Arbor Access.
They were very professional and accommodating, plus the quote that they provided was very reasonable. The work was completed on time, on the budget and without any issues. I won’t hesitate to hire them again or to recommend them to my friends or family.
Thank you for a great work!

Arbor Access has done multiple jobs for me! They have the greatest team, and their work and cleanup is amazing! i love to watch Andre in action. It’s a choreographed art! They are trustworthy, promptly responsive, and everything you could ask For! Thank you!

Absolute Professionals.
From the ease of getting an estimate, to scheduling, to the outstanding tree work, and competitive price, this company is great. Also, I like doing business with a local, family owned company. Owner is a licensed arborist pro. Five stars all the way.
