Appliance Repair reviews in Saugus, Massachusetts

Alway a pleasure! Speedy efficient service with a smile and old fashioned treatment. Kindness and considerate. Thank you so much!

Speed Queen Dryer is Fixed! TY John. Evening appointment worked. Jobber App is outstanding for appointment setup, easy, easy, easy.

I am extremely satisfied with the service that I received from Big Z Repair.

John was not only easy to communicate with, he was punctual, knowledgable and friendly. I highly recommend that you give him a call.

Support small business!

My compactor was also repaired. Big Z appliances went over and beyond with their service, the value to have both items fixed, and how fast it took to fix these items. I am thinking I probably should have all of my appliances serviced on a regular basis as usually by other companies I’m always told sorry can’t fix it. Not Big Z.

Right from the start it was a great experience to work with Big Z Appliance Repair. John was responsive, knowledgeable and super friendly. All his work was done carefully with respect for his surroundings and 100% as expected. I wish all service calls were this efficient and professional!!
