Constraction reviews in Saugus, Massachusetts

Anthony and his team just completed a complete renovation of my bathroom, and I could not be more pleased! The project came in on time and on budget, and Anthony was a pleasure to deal with. Professional, friendly, and efficient. He managed his crew spectacularly. ALWAYS returned phone calls promptly and brought us through a sometimes stressful process with great good humor and excellent guidance and advice. I cannot sing his praises enough! The work is top notch and all the pros who worked here were outstanding. I recommend this company with great enthusiasm, they are the BEST!

Anthony and the team did a fantastic job with the demolition of a "porch" in our back yard that a previous homeowner did a terrible job building. Said previous homeowners basically just walled in the underside of our porch without installing a vapor barrier in the ground, and to add insult to injury the dryer exhaust was venting INTO this room. Needless to say, everything was quite rotten and nasty. Anthony came over and gave me a very reasonable estimate, then once work started everything was sorted within a couple days. They replaced the rim joist and any other rotted wood, re-insulated the underside of the porch and covered it up and cleaned everything up. It's so nice to not have to worry about it anymore, and the quality of the work AMS did is top notch. They really went above and beyond, coming back multiple times to address small issues with door alignment on the porch above. I would absolutely recommend AMS for any kind of renovation you need done.

Anthony and his team just completed a full renovation of our master bathroom and we are very pleased with the finished product. Anthony was great to work with and VERY responsive. He managed the whole project seamlessly. His team and all the subcontractors were a pleasure to work with and all did excellent work. I would highly recommend AMS and we will definitely be using them in the future!

The guys at AMS were great they gave us several options for our renovation which included replacing an old deck for a new bigger one and adding a new 4 season sunroom. Everything came out great and it was just what we wanted. Including mounting a tv to hide all the wires and a few other odd requests. The mantle for the fireplace was custom made for an electric insert we picked. Will definitely fire again.

Fantastic company. Anthony and his team were able to come in and turn a disastrous bathroom into the best room in the house. I really appreciated the importance that Anthony put into communication; any question I had he was ready to answer and I knew if I texted he would call within a minute or two. The team working on the house were fantastic. I joked that I wish I could have tiling emergencies so I could get Sai and his team come to do work on other projects in the house.

I definitely am going to call AMS for more and larger projects around the house.

AMS demolished a full bath with a tub and shower combination and remodeled my space into a gorgeous new space with a glass shower enclosure and beautiful plumbing and electrical fixtures. I would highly recommend Anthony Spiridis and the AMS team. Anthony returned calls immediately and was readily available for consultation during the entire process. His team of carpenters, tile men, plumber, electrician, and painters were excellent in their craftsmanship and were professional and easy to work with. I would not use anyone else for future projects

Anthony, Rob and his team did a fantastic job on a small bathroom addition. Anthony was always reachable and responsive to any questions or concerns. The bathroom came out beautiful and the small addition blended in seamlessly with the homes exterior. We are very pleased with the quality of the work and the reliability of the contractor.

We are thrilled with the final product and wish we had done this years ago! Anthony is always responsive, understanding of our needs and patient with bumps in the road that inevitably happen during a kitchen renovation. I have already recommended him to several friends. We feel that we got excellent work for a reasonable price compared to other contractors in this area. We love our kitchen and the personal touches that Anthony just rolled with. I hope he’ll help us with any work we need in the future!

Anthony and his crew were amazing to work with! They all were super communicative and that goes a long way when living through construction. The quality of work on top of that was outstanding and the timeliness they got things done was also appreciated! We completely renovated our master bathroom down to the studs and renovated half of our kids bathroom. We absolutely loved how both bathrooms came out and I would highly recommend AMS and his team to anyone needing work done!

We’ve now done two projects with AMS and are starting to plan a 3rd! Our latest project was converting a bedroom into our dream master bath. Simply put, amazing work from start to finish! Anthony’s estimates of work, and project management skills are top notch. Anthony is super flexible and he will work with you to get things just the way you like for as close to your budget as is possible. AMS is super dependable, and communication is next level. What a concept! AMS’ professionalism shows in management, quality of work, and customer service. At this point Anthony and his team feel like family. Thank you, Anthony/AMS we are so happy to have found you!

Loved working with Anthony and his team at AMS for our backyard renovation project. We’ve done two other big renovation projects and this was the best experience we’ve had with contractors. Anthony was super responsive (I wound literally text him and get a call seconds later, which was not at all necessary but amazing). The whole crew was hard working and showed up when they said they would. Any questions or issues were dealt with super quickly. I even had add ons I requested during the project that they were able to accommodate and still finished in good time. We have another larger project on the horizon in the next year or two that we will 100% use them again.

Wonderful experience with AMS. They have rebuilt a porch for us. Hung new windows. Did both exterior and interior painting. Had floors refinished and did an amazing job on our kitchen. Their sub contractors are outstanding. Best tile work ever! Great electrical and plumbing crew.
Shout out to Johnnie, Billy and Danny.
We love our new kitchen.

Anthony, Rob and the crew at AMS does excellent work and quoted us the most reasonable price for our kitchen remodel…and we are very happy with the quality of their work. And they got the project done in two months! Anthony cares about the quality of work done by his team and their subcontractors and makes sure everything is done right. On the design he recommended Santa at Jackson Kitchen Design in N.Andover who was incredible and is highly recommended if you are considering working with AMS on a kitchen remodel. Would certainly recommend AMS! Before and after pictures below.

We started looking for contractors back in February of 2022 for our kitchen renovation/1st floor refresh. We had initially been working with a different contractor that blew up our budget and cut out much of the project before we even started. Luckily, our close friend was finishing her kitchen renovation and highly recommended Anthony and his team at AMS Renovations. I am so thankful she connected us to Anthony!! He came promptly to give us and estimate which was fair and transparent. After we hired AMS, he wasted no time to get permits and get to work. Anthony gave us five star service and was incredibly responsive. He was honest and flexible and took the time to address our questions or concerns. He made us feel like we were his only clients (even though he was very busy). His team did an amazing job and the quality of work was top notch. The AMS crew was incredibly respectful and professional and always made us feel comfortable. Anthony stayed true to the estimate and was transparent regarding added costs when we encountered unplanned issues. We now have our dream kitchen and couldn’t be happier! Thank you to Anthony and his team and we will definitely keep using AMS for any future renovation projects. Check out the before pictures to fully appreciate the transformation.

I just recently did a remodel of my kitchen bathroom and living room. I was very impressed with the way it went and the end results. Contractor was very professional on time cleanup was great.

Anthony and his crew recently renovated the kitchen and bathroom in my 2-family home and did a great job. The team was very efficient with demolition accomplished in a matter of days. The only delay was waiting for the cabinets, and once those arrived the team promptly did the install and the finish work.

Anthony is a good communicator, which has not been my experience with past contractors. After I reached out he promptly got in touch and scheduled a walk through and followed up with his quote. His estimate was in on par with others I received (in the middle actually) and that remained the case even when I had to scale back the project due to the high cost overall). He was at the job site regularly and always kept me updated. If I ever had a question he would respond promptly.

Definitely recommend. Should I have another project I will be in touch with him again.

We couldn’t be happier with the work Anthony and his team did finishing our basement. What started as a bare space is now a beautiful, functional part of our home—complete with a new kitchen, bathroom and living room that look amazing. They delivered exactly what they promised: on time, on budget, and with a great attitude. What really set them apart was how easy they were to work with—open to feedback, quick to adjust when we had new ideas, and always respectful of our home. Their crew was professional, friendly, and genuinely enjoyable to have around. It’s rare to find a contractor who combines top-notch craftsmanship with such reliability and collaboration. Hands down one of the best experiences we’ve ever had with a contractor, and we recommend them wholeheartedly!

Fake business that took a deposit from me and never showed up. Thankfully charge backs are a thing.

Very transparent about pricing and scope of work. I trusted them completely and was not disappointed.

Our rewiring project was finished to our complete satisfaction. The quote was also the most reasonable of the three companies I contacted. Carrolltons Electrical Contracting is a contractor who is as dependable, honest, transparent and ethical as any I've ever worked with.

Carrolltons Electrical Contracting sets the standard for excellence! Their team is highly skilled, punctual, and professional. They addressed my electrical needs with precision, demonstrating expertise and reliability. I confidently recommend Carrolltons for top-tier electrical contracting services.
