Payment and rescheduling for whatever reason are extremely easy. They bring all their own equipment and eco-friendly products, and do a marvelous job. Any special requests are quickly honored, and I often notice them doing things beyond what we have asked.

Austin arrived right on time and was very thorough with the carpet cleaning. I had carpets cleaned in three bedrooms, the living room, dining room, and the stairs, and everything came out looking excellent. He took the time to pre-treat the heavy traffic areas, work carefully through each room, and make sure the carpet fibers looked fresh and evenly cleaned. I was very impressed with the attention to detail and the overall results. The service was professional from start to finish, and the carpets looked brighter, cleaner, and felt refreshed afterward. It was clear he cared about doing the job the right way and not rushing through it. Nicholas came at the promised time. He was efficient and listened when i described the stains on my furniture. He removed several of them. He was all I’d hoped he would be.

Latasha was polite, professional and attentive to detail. I was impressed by the result of both the carpet and upholstery cleaning. looked brand new when finished! I would absolutely endorse his task and his company and I will definitely use him again in the future. He was so easy to work with.

I saw the good reviews and wanted to stay with a local business. Basic cleaning price for my need was $275. Turns out that's just for water skimming. When shampoo and few cleaning agents are added the price jumped to $499. This cost was given when the technician was at my home. Then we went back and forth to negotiate a price, with tecnician, and me, calling the company several times for approval ( like a car dealer negotiation). I ended up paying $425. However because I was not paying in cash, a 4% credit card fee was added (they don't take checks). The technicians were courteous and worked hard but i just noticed a few minor stains were not removed. I just finished removing them myself. Final bill with tax and fees was $459. I should also mention they were scheduled to arrive sometime between 10:30 a.m. and noon. They arrived at 2:00 p.m., only after I called the company at 1:00 p.m. to ask about they delay.
I'm very disappointed with this company. They should be upfront about cleaning details, like charging extra for shampoo, and payment fees before the tech arrives. I almost cancelled the job. I should have done so.

cesar, the carpet cleaning expert, did an amazing job. my kids accidentally got some sticky substance on the carpet and i was initially concerned that it might need to be replaced. however, cesar was able to remove the stain completely, ensuring that my children will no longer be allowed to make slime in their rooms. thanks to cesar's expertise, i was able to save a significant amount of money on carpet replacement in our saugus home. thank you, cesar!

both cesar and austin were friendly and proficient. they provided clear explanations and were able to address all my queries about the carpet cleaning process. the only slight hiccup was that they might have left my gate open after their service. fortunately, i noticed this before letting my pets out in the yard. nevertheless, i would certainly engage the services of superb saugus carpet cleaning again.
