Horrible customer service not professional at all. Had them do a spring cleaning missed a ton
Of leaves ,didn’t mow the lawn, left bags of leaves instead of disposing them his employees are very rude told me to go inside and stop watching them work. Horrible experience -

I called Novak to help clear a path for an upcoming fence demo/install at my house in Melrose, and not only were they incredibly responsive, they worked very quickly and even returned a few days later to ensure that the fence folks had everything they needed to make both projects successful.
I will for sure be calling Novak again for any landscaping/hardscaping projects.
