I came home to find water puddled in my kitchen after being gone for 12 hours and called Servpro. Joseph was out in less then 30 mins from my call to assess the damage. My apartment's maintenance staff couldn't figure out what the cause was and tried to blame me. Servpro was able to determine that the water came from the faucet handle and a bad seal. They walked me through their drying process and Joseph the manager even came out to measure the wood floors dryness level over the weekend! They exceeded my expectations and I would call them again.
