We just had Sunrun solar panels installed and we were very pleased with the process; Our go to guy (Enrique C.) was always there to answer any questions for us and helped us through the process.

After speaking to 3 solar companies I never felt comfortable. Andy Fazzina at SunRun was the only knowledgeable solar rep I’ve spoken too in the past 4 years. Not only were we comfortable with him but he treated our home like it was his own. Staying on top of every aspect of the project from the sale to installation and beyond. I highly recommend Andy and sun run.

I had Sunrun install a solar system at my home in August 2024. The salesperson presented it as a system that would significantly reduce my electric bill. However, one year later, I’m very disappointed.

The system was supposed to produce 4,287 kWh in the first year. It only produced around 2,800 kWh far below what was promised. Meanwhile, I've been paying almost $100 per month to Sunrun, but I'm still getting monthly electric bills from National Grid. I expected solar to reduce my electricity costs significantly, but that hasn't happened.

I reached out to customer service, and after showing all the numbers, they agreed to refund part of what I paid due to underperformance. I appreciate that response, but this isn’t what I signed up for. I don’t believe this system will ever perform as promised, and I regret the decision.

I’m sharing this review to help others make an informed choice and to encourage Sunrun to be more transparent with their performance estimates and savings expectations.

Thank you for your response. I've already shared my concerns multiple times and unfortunately have not received any meaningful resolution. My system has not been performing as promised, and I would appreciate direct assistance rather than being redirected again.

Please confirm the next concrete step Sunrun will take to review my system and address the underperformance.

Allso sunrun is the only solar provider who offers customer service 6 days a week. Met with Andy he’s fantastic to work with. Got all set up running solar now. All the people I’ve dealt with from Sunrun Solar have been great. Would recommend to others to get.I’ve already seen a difference in my electric bill.

We just got solar panels installed on our home. Pat was absolutely lovely to work with. He was incredibly patient with all our questions and super responsive to our communications. He managed to quote us for 300 dollars less than the other company we were speaking to in our area. The whole process took less than two weeks from start to finish and we're so happy with the finished installation.

Bob (Brenno) provided excellent service helping us with the process of putting solar panels on our roof in 2018-2019. He explained the process and was very responsive when we had questions or concerns. The electric company dragged the process on, but Bob kept us informed or helped us navigate the situations. When our electricity usage changed after Covid, we contacted Bob again to investigate adding more solar panels. He once again was very responsive and helped us add more panels in 2021. The panels still work great and had helped us turn solar energy useful.

Sunrun met with us one day as a simple conversation. After we agreed to the move to solar, their team went to work. Within one week, they had scheduled our install for a Saturday. The panels arrived on Friday, they were here at 8 AM on Saturday, installed the solar panels, connected the system, and were gone by 1 PM. That Monday, the local inspector approved the install. They were great through the entire process. Sammi and Bob still check in with us to make sure we are happy. Definitely recommend Sunrun again!

he’s a very friendly transparent and very patient to explain a step-by-step. I would recommend this guy hundred percent our family. It’s very happy with the outcome. We had a boiler issue after the installation, I gave him a call. He was there with his technicians on the same day!

I was left very pleased with the service of Alexa Medina; letting me know everything i could know about the process of my recently instaled solar panels. and she not only helped me with the solar panel process, she also helped me get some permits from the city to make some improvements to my house, so I am very grateful to her, and I am already recommending her to my friends and family. It was noticeable from the moment we started our conversation, that she was attentive with whatever i needed to learn about the solar panels a process which is new to me. Her and her team had excellent communication with me throughout the process.

I just want to express how happy I am for having my solar panels + Tesla powerwall batteries. Brenno Delima aka Bob was extremely professional and attentive. I highly recommend him.

I had a solar assessment visit from Enrique. Although my roof turned out not to get enough sunlight to make solar feasible, Enrique was knowledgeable and professional, representing Sunrun well. It was good to meet him.

Sunrun made the whole process of going solar super easy! The team was friendly, the installation was quick, and they explained everything clearly. Company had their truck parked on my front lawn while installing solar panels on neighbors property. Tried contacting company directly but kept getting passed around to 3 different customer service reps. Not a company I would choose considering the impression they give.

I had a great experience with Brenna Selina aka Bob. Everything was very clearly explained from the beginning, the team was extremely punctual, very respectful and attentive throughout the entire process. I was very satisfied with the service and will definitely recommend him and Sunrun to many other clients, friends and neighbors.

Six years ago, my mom (now deceased ) had solar put on our home. She was working with Bob at a former company. After my mom passed, I realized the solar was never turned on . I reached out to Bob now at Sunrun, of course, angry, and just wanted the panels off my roof. Long story short, Bob has been great . He had a new roof put on installed new panels and installed Telsa batteries. ( generators). Bob has been tremendously helpful & has been keeping me updated along the way .
Stay tuned for updates. The meter needs to be installed, and work needs to be inspected. Bob has gone above and beyond to make things right thus far.

Horrible communication post install. The only helpful person is the sals rep. I sold my house and the account transfer hasn’t gone through after 4 months of waiting. No one has contacted me despite multiple promises of “within 48 hours” . Go local. Don’t choose Sunrun.
