Over 8 years ago I contacted Mark Wells at Great Lakes about some radiant tube heating systems that were new in the box but had been stored for more than 15 years. Even though his company did not sell these units (they were sold under a national contract to the military), his support was enthusiastic and unwavering. He came to the site and advised on how best to install them in the new location for a warehouse owner. I have had the pleasure of working with Mark only a few times over the years, most recently on a small project to upgrade a couple of existing radiant tube heaters. Even though I am not a major customer of his, I am always treated as if I am the biggest customer that he has. He is knowledgeable and responsive, It is always a pleasure to work with him and Great Lakes!
