Construction Company reviews in Somerville, Massachusetts

Had to be the professional service. Asked them to remodel my kitchen and it was better than expected. If you have a girlfriend with incapacities of knowing what she wants this is the place they have great options. Would reconsider when I remodel again.

Jose, and he showed up on time, gave me a great quote and showed me the cracks in my wall and he also did a perfect job in fixing and explaining how to avoid this problem in the future would definitely recommend his company to other family and friends

Exceptional Restoration Service!
We recently experienced water damage in our basement, and this company came to the rescue. From start to finish, their professionalism and efficiency were truly impressive. They handled everything—water extraction, drying, cleaning, and restoring the space—seamlessly and with great care.

Jose is amazing and his team arrived promptly, assessed the situation thoroughly, and explained the entire process to us, making sure we felt informed and reassured. The equipment they used was top-notch, and their attention to detail left our basement looking better than ever.

What stood out the most was their commitment to ensuring we were satisfied. They went above and beyond to make a stressful situation manageable. I highly recommend this company to anyone in need of restoration services. Thank you for your incredible work!

I have many properties and i’m glad i met these guys. José and his team has been taking care of my floors for over 5 years.
I recommend them 100%

I had an excellent experience with Resilient Construction. They repaired and repainted a ceiling in my house and it came out perfectly. The price was very competitive.

Jose and the team were quick and efficient - the project was completed sooner than expected - and they were really helpful, nothing was was too much trouble. Highly recommend.

Resilient Construction LLC Company is a highly reputable and efficient construction firm that I recently had the pleasure of working with. From start to finish, their professionalism and dedication to delivering quality results were evident.

One of the standout aspects of Resilient Construction LLC Construction Company is their exceptional project management skills. They possess a keen ability to effectively plan and coordinate construction projects, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and on schedule. Their attention to detail and thoroughness in understanding client requirements are commendable. José the Owner will go the extra mile and make you feel at ease, trust this company and I highly doubt you will ever regret it!!

It all started with my neighbor knocking on the door telling me that a big branch from my tree fell into their yard. So I had to take care of it, except for one “little” problem – the tree itself had to go, and that tree was huge to say the least, with very hard access to it, covering the area of three surrounding yards. I knew the time has come to do something about it. And the first time in my life I was fortunate to find the best service ever provided to me by Masterpiece Tree Services: extremely reliable, responsible,

I own a condo in Somerville (MA) and the condo association of that building hired José Lopez from Resilient to manage it. A couple of weeks ago, there was a fire in my apartment, which caused some damages that extended to the apartment above. José handled all the work in an exceptionally professional manner. Furthermore, he replaced my A/C and furnace system at an extremely good price.
José is extremely honest, competent, and also well-mannered: we truly made a great choice in hiring him!

Worked with Jose, and he showed up on time, gave me a great quote and finished my cracked tub with warranty! It’s a rental property so I needed it done in a timely manner and he exceeded my expectations. Tub looks brand new! Thank you!

They exceeded my expectations with their commitment and professionalism in making sure I got everything exactly how I wanted! We had 4 contractors give us a quote, and it was clear right away that Jose was the choice. He was excited to help me redo my room, and made it into something far better than I originally envisioned. If you want someone who cares as much as you do, pick Jose!

Impressed with Resilient Construction! Jose Lopez expertly handled our bathroom & kitchen reno, including new floors & cabinets. High quality carpentry & project management made the whole process a breeze. Highly recommend!

José and his crew did a fantastic job on our floors. We were excited when he gave us an amazing price (better than two other quotes) and was available to do it on our quick timeline, before we moved into our new place. And we were even happier when we saw the results: carpets out, beautiful hardwood flooring in. They were even able to match the existing hardwood in the hallway (visible in first photo) nearly perfectly. Would highly recommend José, Greg, and Luigi -- really nice guys, too!

I would like to give a Stella review for Jose and his team at Resilient Construction. They are very eager to do an excellent job and their work is beautiful. Jose has all the workers you would need to fix and transform your home. Very personable, respectful and neat. I would recommend Jose and his team to help you with your projects.

I hired Jose Lopez for a bathroom and kitchen renovation. He did an excellent job - new floors, cabinets, everything! He even expertly handled carpentry. Great communication throughout the project. Highly recommend!

We used Resilient Construction for a smaller job on the siding of our house, but they were still very prompt, efficient, and did a great job. Jose was wonderful to work with, we’ve used other companies in the past but we’ll definitley be using Resilient Construction for all our future projects!

The quality of work is impeccable! We couldn't be more happy with the job done by Resilient Construction LLC. And the price didn't break the bank, like the quotes we got from other local companies. We are already planning our next project, and have already decided to rehire the crew from Resilient. Beautiful work, men! We will see you soon!.

Jose and resilient construction were a pleasure to work with! They completed a project that we had been strung along by another contractor for months on, within days of our initial meeting. We will definitely be working with his team again and couldn’t recommend them more!

They maintained the job site tidy, arrived on time each day, and completed ahead of schedule. Such a responsible workforce is uncommon. Thank you so much for your professionalism.

Jose and his team did excellent work repairing a piece of my ceiling. They were very good at proactively seeking out and responding to my feedback and they did decently well at keeping me up to date about schedules. They are confident in their experience and ability and willing to stand by the quality of their work.
