Did a great job on my patio. They even got rid rid of my extra junk i had lying around. I'd definetly use them again.

Hired these guys for an overhaul of our condo building's flowerbeds last fall. They were prompt and helpful. I asked about ongoing maintenance, and they told me they had added me to their spring call list. Fast forward to spring and nothing. I figure they forgot us or expect us to call to schedule, no problem. I call and leave a voicemail. I forget about for a while. Never get a call back. I text the person I'd been in direct communication with before. No response. I submit a message through their "contact us" page online. No response. Today, after weeks of trying to chase them down, I called and finally got someone on the phone, and he hung up on me after a few seconds. I paid promptly last fall, had only pleasant interactions with them, and have zero explanation for their behavior. Worst customer service around!

I used the Connolly Bros team to come out and totally redo a backyard. They installed hardscaping, a few trees, sod and an irrigation system. They also moved some shrubs I was keen on keeping that have done great through the transition. I really appreciated how receptive they were to incorporate small changes I wanted and also the amount of communication to let me know the status on the project. They also gave me a clear understanding of what the pavers would look like ahead of time. The services for the price are well worth it! I would definitely give them a call for your landscape needs.
