I'm not leaving a 1 start review because they quoted me $200 and then charged me $400. Nor because the only question the technician asked me before charging me was what did I do for a living. Nor because the edges of my rug are warped and don't lay flat. I'm leaving a 1 star review because I emailed them to share my concerns and got no response. Zero. They are a bait and switch business with no customer care once they get your cash. And their pay scale seems to be based on what they think you can afford.

First tech never showed up, so rescheduled to the next day. Second tech also didn’t show up, got a call eventually to reschedule to later that day. Tech came, gave us the options. He was very nice. Seems like they are subcontractors. The base price quoted on the phone is to just steam apparently, which is useless. Wish that was specified as to do an actual cleaning was 3x the original amount for rug and couch, so just had the rug done. Honestly looks the same. Waste of time and money.
