Had a great experience with the AC service and dryer vent cleaning. The tech Serhii was friendly, showed up on time, and explained everything clearly. He topped off the Freon, and now the AC is cooling much better. Dryer vent was super clogged but he cleaned it out completely. Quick, clean, and professional — highly recommend!

Our heating system broke down a few days after the big snowstorm. Serhii came the same day and did a very thorough diagnostic and identified the problem. My existing heat pump system is from an obscure manufacturer, but Serhii was able to source the correct parts and perform the install. In all my interactions with him, he was super professional, both in person and over the phone. I would highly recommend Airsupp for any heat pump related work you may have.

Ahern plumbing came to fix a running kitchen faucet last week. I was so impressed by Chris and his associate. They were timely, courteous and did the job thoroughly. They say that if you're lucky you'll find a partner, a dentist, a lawyer, a plumber, a mechanic, an accountant and a doctor you can trust. I'm happy because now I just need to find the dentist, the lawyer and the accountant and my team will be complete.

Made an appointment to come diagnose and fix my air cond. The scheduled time was 11am to 1pm yesterday. No show, no call, even after I called them 4 times and talked to multiple people, kept saying technician plans to come, he will call. Nothing. Absolutely not professional. Running late is one thing, or if you do not want to take this business, totally fine, just tell me so. But don't make a commitment and just make a fool out of the customer, that is just not acceptable.

I had S & M come out to service my failing equipment twice. Once this summer for the A/C unit, and again in November for the furnace. Both times they were very responsive and Milton was able to fit me in on the same day. The price was also very reasonable.
