sad to have lost a grand old oak that died, but so impressed with regal. The tree was taken down perfectly piece by piece between a shed and my house. Plywood prevented any lawn damage. In fact, the yard looked neater and more manicured than before they came. The guys were polite and courteous.

Don't know what I'd do without these people. With 15 acres I collect loads of large and small branches all.year. They chip it all up, take down a few trees, all the time keeping to the edges and never messing up my grass fields. Great professional hardworking guys! ------Just used them again for a big tree removal and stump removal. Again, more than happy.

This is one of the worst customer service I have ever experienced and a human being could tolerate. After they took my deposit back in December 2017 and schedule for tree removal service in February 2018, I then took my day off from work and waited for them to show up. I waited…and waited all day and their crew didn’t show up, I didn’t get a phone call or anything to notify me they weren’t going to be there instead they made me have to call in to their main number to get a updated status. The lady Stacey in the office gave me the run arounds. I said ok no worries lets schedule it for another date. She said February will be good.

I rescheduled for Regal Tree to come out in February but then it snowed and the ground was too saturated to do anything, they called me and told me to call back by the end of March, a series of events occurred including the winter Storm Riley where trees were down and power outage was everywhere across the Southern New England area. Regal Tree call me the next day after the storm and said they cannot come out to do my job because their crane has a broken part and was out of commission. I had doubts but I kept quiet and may have blew me off due to $torm Riley in March. Anyway long story short, no updates from them until today 5/1/18 had to call twice today the first time I left a voice mail and no one returned my calls the 2nd time later today Stacey picked up the phone. Stacey has the audacity to tell me over the phone that June will be the earliest they can come out and they are booked, I am very upset because this company took my down payment and deposited the check 5 MONTHS ago dating back to December 2017 then gave me the run arounds and having me wait until they felt it’s appropriate for them to come out and do the job. The fact that a deposit for the tree removal was made last year in December 2017 why are they waiting 6 months to get the job done? You would have think that a tree removal job where deposit was made would be prioritize first? This is a lack of communication and poor customer service on their part. I wouldn’t recommend this to happen to anyone and never hire this company to do any work on your property.

They did send me the refund, but the fact is that now I have to start from scratch again!
