Jesse Gus is my hero for repairing the big sewer problem in my basement. Jesse & Gus fixed the sewer leak in my basement. They flushed it out, and installed max lines 2 for two sewer lines.

Juan is fast, professional and friendly. Work was completed in a timely manner. Would definitely hire again for plumbing needs.

Nate was a great technician! He was professional, he quickly fixed our clogged kitchen sink and he left the area clean. He also gave tips on what we could do to prevent a clog in the future.

Michel Spurgeon came to our house late at the night. He was very friendly and knewledgable. Within an hour, he had fixed our problem. The pricing is transparent right from the start. I couldn't recommend them more.

Jance diagnosed the leak in my washing machine very quickly and efficiently. He was incredibly nice and helpful during the entire procedure.

Julio and the rest of the JAM team were very responsive over the July 4th holiday weekend and came and replaced a section of pipe within a day of us contacting them. We will definitely call them for future plumbing issues.

Doug and Brayton showed up on time and were very friendly and professional.
Their advice in regards to our steam-shower unit was logical and practical. Options were discussed. A plan of action was then formulated. They even walked me through the process to turn off my unit when I was away from home.

Arrived exactly when they said. I was notified every step of the way. Prices were upfront, with options available so that I wouldn't be forced to choose just one option. Respectful, courteous and knowledgeable. Would use them once again! It was a broken drain/flange. The flange could have been replaced, but after several attempts to fix my leaky faucets I chose to replace the entire assembly. Dylan was an excellent person to work with.

This is a Christian, honest business. Excellent service and very prompt. He explained the problem to me in a way that I could understand. He rebuilt the inside of my spigot, saving me time and money. Work is also guaranteed. Excellent communication and customer service. Highly recommended.

Hello! I have never written reviews before, but now is the time. Henry your technician is the most polite, well mannered tech I have ever met. We were very grateful that he took the time to explain everything so we could fully understand why our wall was leaking. Thanks guys, I will definitely recommend this company.

UPDATE: Nelson contacted me the next day and informed me that he had dealt with Corey and insisted on making it right. Even offered to work with my work schedule so that I wouldn't need to take time off. He got another plumber back out here as soon as he could to replace the water heater with the one I had requested. Patrick was great, very profesional, on time, and hardworking. He got the job done quick and got my hot water going in no time. The ladies in the office were very polite, great to work with and made it easy to schedule the replacement. It's nice to see company owners that truly care about their customers experience and want to take care of them. I will definitely be going back to city plumbing for any of my home plumbing needs as everyone else should. Thank you City Plumbing!

My home warranty had city plumbing replace my water heater for me. Jorge was a great plumber, very professional and polite. He helped me understand what was going wrong with my water heater and my options as far as replacements. Nelson was also great, he helped me get my work approved through my home warranty who was taking forever. Only reason I rate 2 stars is because of Corey, the plumber who came to install the water heater after Jorge had diagnosed it. First he showed up one hour late, with the wrong water heater. I had requested a Bradford White self flushing water heater and he showed up with an American standard water heater. When I brought it up he proceeded to lie to me and tell me that water heaters do not flush themselves, that whoever told me that didn't know what they were talking about. Once I showed him the exact model number of the water heater I requested, he changed his answer from water heaters like that don't exist to to "oh yes, we have one, but it's at the shop" and began talking trash on his coworker who had diagnosed my water heater and his company saying that "it's not his fault because he wasn't the one that diagnosed it". he then started to tell me how bad the one he was installing was and how I should sell my house as soon as I could after installing that one. He said he could return the next day to install the bradford white I had requested. I told him no, To install the one he already had with him because I can't afford to take more time off of work for another appointment. Overall, Corey was untrustworthy and unprofessional, but everyone else i dealt with was great.

Jose was great! He arrived promptly and installed our hot water heater within 3 hours, so that I was able to get my kids back for their afternoon swim lessons. He also showed me how to use all of the features on our hot water heater. I'd definitely recommend him!
