Very professional and knowledgeable company. I had an issue with a tree leaning over the neighbors property. He was here in 2 days with a full crew and took the tree down. Very impressed that he understood my concerns with other trees on the property. Reasonable pricing. I will definitely use this company again.

We have been VERY pleased with the work done by SkyHook! We have had them twice and the work they do is very professional! It’s amazing to watch - they definitely know what they’re doing - and the clean-up is outstanding! The workers are very kind and courteous, as well. Five crazy stars. I made a dumb mistake while trying to cut down my own tree and my equipment failed, with the tree halfway already cut and leaning over the house. Jason and Robert showed up in an hour and saved us a roof.

I'm literally writing this review right now after they left. They came out in below freezing weather, in the dark, and bailed me out (and with surprisingly good attitudes for the weather). Absolutely recommended.

Jason and his crew did a fantastic job! We had two oak trees with branches hanging over the driveway. He arrived right on time with all the necessary tools and trucks, and they spent about an hour and a half working efficiently. The result was beautifully trimmed trees and a spotless yard — all for a very fair price. Jason is truly an asset to Grafton residents. Highly recommended!

Tim Corning represents the best qualities of American business. He is responsive, professional and provides high quality work. My lawn tends to stay greener for longer during the season. He understands plant biology and makes great suggestions for type and position of planting. Perhaps the best recommendation of all would be from my dog, who loves Tim and the perfect lawn he creates for the next doo-doo.

Have maintenance contract for my HVAC, extremely professional and great quality of service. Can’t appreciate the service provided outside the regular business hours, called when my heating went down on one of the coldest weekend we had recently, pros showed up within around 1 hour and got it up and running.

This company installed Water tank and heater in new construction. Very poor work soldering, several leaks after just a 2 years. First one i called them with no agreement on paying as its a clear mistake on their part and should own it. Well this shady owner sends a bill and AGAIN THERE IS ANOTHER LEAK. One on the fix they just did and at two others at different joints. I Just did the the work/fix myself. AVOID USING THIS COMPANY! VERY POOR WORK AND OWNERSHIP OF MISTAKES

Today was my first experience with Services Solutions. From initial call to completing the job they were excellent. Very professional, knowledgeable pleasant.

These guys are the best! Super responsive and they care about their clients. I called them on a Sunday morning after we lost our heating system on the coldest day of the year. Jess called me back within 45 minutes, and she committed to getting one of her techs to our house. Within 4 hours, Scott showed up at our house and he quickly identified the problem. Scott was such a nice guy and he fully explained the problem to me. I would recommend Service Solutions to anyone looking for a heating and air conditioning company.

I want to highly recommend Service Solutions as they have been servicing my home for many years and have always been efficient and thorough in any repairs. Recently, my hot water stopped working and I was certain it was time to replace the 15 year old water heater. However, when Service Solutions investigated, they determined that it was a zone valve which needed to be replace saving me hundreds of dollars. The honesty and thoroughness of Service Solutions has always been excellent and I suspect (with a different company) that I would have been told to purchase a new hot water heater.
