I had a break in my line around Christmas. They were great came out the same day I called and helped me deal with the insurance company. I live on a hill making the job more difficult because of house stairs, retaining wall, and my gas line crossed over the pipe. They were able to dig out the broken section, replace it, put in a clean out and back fill without any issues. I got home from work and couldn't even tell they were there other than the disturbed bank. They do great work, are extremely fair with pricing, and fast. I will use them again without question if I ever need anymore help.

When we had the rain microburst torrential rain storm on Thursday June 13, 2024 our basement flooded. It was as if a dam broke and water gushed into the basement. We had 4 inches of rain in the basement. I called Always Reliable Sewer and Drain. One of the owners Steve answered the phone and told us that they would come out and rescue us from our situation. Steve stated that it would be an emergency call and the price would be higher. I stated that it would be fine we had to get the water out of the basement. The 2 owners Steve and John came to our rescue. They even brought another friend to help. They swept and moved the water to different spots in order to dry things out. Steve left a large fan and heater to help dry out the water. He returned the following day with another heater, 2 dehumidifiers, and another fan. He left them there until Monday. To our amazement the basement was completely dry and there was no evidence of any water having been in the basement. When Steve and John came back to pick up their equipment they were nice enough to haul away a dismantled particle board cabinet and a dresser without drawers. Both Steve and John were very friendly and professional. They are truly passionate about their work and make sure that the customer is completely satisfied. Their prices are very reasonable and they are down to earth. I would highly recommend Always Reliable Sewer and Drain if you need emergency services or just services in general. We would not hesitate in the least to contact Always Reliable Sewer and Drain and speak with the owners Steve and John. Thank you for excellent, professional, and outstanding service. Water was pouring into the basement and the gutter drains were fully clogged underground. I called Always Reliable and they were out the next day to evaluate the situation. After determining there were big issues, they were able to come back out the following day and solve the problems. The guys were professional, quick, and affordable. Thank you Always Reliable!

$900 request for service. He showed up on time. I have text saying I needed a pump out and baffle clog removed, he showed up without a pump truck and no plan. He wanted me to pay him. I said no. He said $300. I said I’ll pay you $100 to leave. He then left. What a waste of time. Not recommending him to anyone. I shouldn’t have paid him anything.
