Another good experience with Fuel Services. Their technician arrived, visually checked my boiler, and promptly got to work. The work went smoothly and he insured that the area was cleaned up before he left. He was very courteous and let me know what he was doing.

Fuel Services is an outstanding business and I would recommend them to everyone.

FSI has consistently delivered great service with very competent staff. Greg and his assistant were pleasant, polite and professional. They replaced a sump pump and a sewage ejection pump, leaving the installations better than the original. We highly recommend FSI for consistently providing very qualified service technicians.

Travis is a great technician, showed up on a Sunday for a trouble call. He was at my house quickly, and fixed the issue methodically going through his troubleshooting. Well versed on issues and able to explain what was done and why. This wasn’t the fist time dealing with Travis, and it’s always a pleasure. FSI is a great company with excellent customer support and a great staff!

We were having issues with our oven and called our propane provider. They sent Alex, one of their technicians out quickly. He was very professional, informative, and explained everything he was doing and why the issue was occurred. I highly recommend FSI Oil & Propane.

Called for service due to possible component burnout. Jose arrived and at first was not able to duplicate the symptom. He did stay a few extra minutes to speak to us about furnace service options. During that time, the original problem presented again, and he was able to make a quick repair. Very please with the promptness and professionalism. Good job Jose!

As always, FSi provided excellent service. Toilet was overflowing and Greg and his assistant were there quickly and plumbing issue was resolved within a half hour, allowing me to get back to work. Thanks so much!

I was very happy with the work Greg did. He knew exactly what the problem was and made sure that there were no leaks anywhere when he replaced the garbage disposal. I would recommend him in a heartbeat. Thank you Fuel Services.

Ive been a customer of FSI for over 20 years. Prompt service as always. Recently had a major issue with plumbing and needed to be fixed immediately. FSI not only was able to get the work completed but also it didn't take as long as expected. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Nate visited to give us recommendations concerning our heating efficiency. He offered many ideas and understood the exact nature of our problem. He was respectful, cheerful, and patient. FSi should be extremely happy to be represented by him.

Greg was friendly, easy to talk with, and explained everything I needed to know. More importantly, he figured out quickly what the problem was, knew what needed to be done , and worked quickly to repair it. I am grateful for his expertise!! No more flooding in the basement.

Our technician, Ray was very polite and knew what he was doing. He explained things very clearly and in a way that was easy to understand. He was very thorough in checking out our furnace and thermostat to try and find out what was causing our issue. Ray has been to our house before for yearly servicing of our furnace and checking our oil tank. Always great service.

Harrison was polite, thorough yet quick. I had a 12-4pm window, which in my opinion is too broad of a time frame but I didn’t have to wait too long and I appreciated that! He also inquired about any problems or issues the unit was experiencing, showing his willingness to address any issues on the spot. Overall, I’d say it was a great experience! The FSI team is outstanding. I became a customer yesterday and they were able to have a team come out the next day to do our gas range install. Everyone is friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend them.

I changed my service from Amerigas to FSI and had to have my old propane tank disconnected and a new tank installed with new gas lines. Justin came on time and as promised. Did the installation in record time, verified that all was well with my appliances in the house and explained how everything worked in terms I could comprehend! Was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Couldn't ask for more!

Alex came and did a quick setup for new service. Very clean company. Nice people! Great dude with good humor. I’m happy to be a nee FSi customer!

Upon arrival Jose was polite and very knowledgeable. He knew immediately what the problem was, he gave a detailed review of the issue and of the repair. We love FSI! Harrison did an awesome job, going over and above for our furnace and hot water heater cleaning and the staff is always so helpful and accommodating. They’ve saved us from running out of oil and the delivery drivers are unmatched! Love this company!

Tammy was super helpful, set up a service account and gave me a next day appointment. Mike gave us a heads up, checked everything out, serviced the A/C, offered suggestions and did not do unnecessary repairs to add to the cost. Very much appreciated
