John was quick to respond to my initial call, quick to come and evaluate the situation, quick to provide a reasonable quote, quick to schedule the work, and did the work quickly and professionally. After dealing with a lot of other contractors recently, I know how rare all of those points are. Really wish he also did plumbing, carpentry, etc.

Great electrician on the North Shore of Boston! Timely and able to help us with a variety of electrical needs. He even offered to save me a trip to the store while he went to grab supplies and get my light fixture I picked out. Great attention to detail and reviewed his progress before he left for the day and cleaned up after himself. Will be using him to help our family with any electrical needs.

Jake is quick to respond, great quality of work at a reasonable price. He came to our cottage to install outdoor outlets in the ceiling of our porch. The job was completed quickly and cleanly and he hid the feed lines so well you can't tell where the power iscoming from. Highly recommend him

John is the BEST around! We've hired him a few times for various work-(recess lighting, new switches) and he is always quick to respond and come get the job done perfectly. Our house is older and has some weird wiring but he works with it no problem. If you want a genuine, reliable, and fair electrician, look no further.

We had a couple of small but annoying electrical issues that required a professional to diagnose and correct. One was a dining table light that we wanted a dimmer to control, and were told by the installing electrician that was not possible with that fixture. The other was a couple of exterior security cameras that stopped working. The kind of problems (small jobs) that most electrical contractors can’t be bothered with. John was suggested by a neighbor on the Nextdoor app. We reached out to John, and he was prompt and professional in responding and scheduling a date. He arrived on time and had the dimmer installed and functional in less than ten minutes. He then tackled the cameras. It was bitterly cold and windy. When the simple fix didn’t resolve the problem, John hung in and suggested we reset the cameras, which took another several minutes each, but did the trick.
The bill was very fair and problems solved. I’ve been a general contractor most of my career, and this is exactly what any customer is looking for. Prompt professional service, fair price, and problem solved. John Brugger is my go-to electrician, and I suggest you give him a call.
