Do not waste your time or money with these clowns. I provided them with the model number and service code to schedule the appointment. They will not provide you with an estimate till they are paid 175$ to walk through the door. The guy then says “ oh this is a downdraft, I can’t unhook the downdraft I can’t touch it and I can’t unhook the gas line.” So I paid them 175$ for nothing even though I had provided the model number which if they had looked it up they would have seen that it was a downdraft oven with gas burners. So basically I paid 175$ for nothing. I wish I could give them zero stars.

Jim Moore, owner of Southborough Appliance, is a rare gem in the home care business. He is responsive and always on time. His pricing is far better than the major companies. Jim has saved me thousands in repairs of our washer, dryer, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher, and he always understands the urgency when I explain my children have too many sporting events to be without a washing machine for their uniforms! Most importantly, Jim is a lovely person who I welcome into my household (my dogs may love him the most!). Don’t call upon the big repair companies when you can support local business and an amazing business owner like Jim!
