Our AC stopped working all of a sudden, so I called the company we used before but they couldn’t come until the next afternoon. I tried another place and they sent someone out that same day. Marvin cleaned the ignitor and said he would come back to replace the part in the morning. The next day, Marvin showed up right on time and put in the new part. The AC worked great for a while, but then started acting up again later that day. Marvin quickly returned to check it out. He spent time in the morning calling around to find a replacement AC unit, and was able to find one nearby. Marvin and his helper removed the old unit while waiting for the new one to arrive. Both of them were very professional and friendly. I would definitely call them again and recommend their AC repair services to anyone.

With the summers getting hotter here in Southborough, i started thinking about getting central air conditioning for my upstairs apartment. Since PerfectTemp Heating, Air & Electric had already put in my furnace and another AC unit before, they were the first company i called. Derek came by, asked about my grandparents since they were the ones who had the previous work done, and explained everything in detail before giving me a fair price. a few days later, the team came out to install the new system. they were professional, friendly, and worked efficiently. they did an excellent job! i highly recommend this company for hvac needs!

We highly recommend PerfectTemp Heating, Air & Electric! Nolan was very professional and really knew his way around furnace repairs. When our heater suddenly stopped working during the winter, he was able to come out and figure out the issue that same day. He took the time to answer all our questions and made sure we understood what was going on. After being let down by other companies before, it was a relief to finally get clear answers and great service. If you want someone who truly cares about customers and takes pride in quality heater repair work, this is the company to call.
