Home Services reviews in Southbridge, Massachusetts

Stephanie did an amazing job on our bathroom deep clean! And working with TLC has been so easy and great. They are extremely friendly and communicative. I’m very please with their service and will be using them again!

We run an AirBnB on Webster Lake and been using TLC for several years now. Other reviews talk about the quality of the service, and we agree. What I would add is RELIABILITY.

When our home is rented solid over the summer with weekly turnovers, it's critical that the cleaning team shows up and shows up on time. Tammie's crew has been 100% on that for the three years we have used her service. The crew arrives on time, does a great job and the house is ready for the next guest on schedule.

They are also good about accessing the private areas where supplies are kept and relocking them when they're done. We'd highly recommend them for any cleaning job but especially for a business like ours who requires reliable, on-time service!

The cleaners from TLC were very courteous and prompt and paid very close attention to detail. I would recommend them anytime!!!

Jennifer, Heather & Tommy were great! It was such a pleasant experience! They did an excellent job cleaning and they are so friendly and personable especially with the fur babies! I highly recommend this cleaning company to anyone. I’m looking forward to seeing you again! Thank you so much.

The team that came for my initial "Deep Clean" was fantastic. They were personable and worked together well and did the best darn job I have ever seen. I can't believe how shiny my house is! Floors! Cabinets! Pictures on the wall! Etc. etc. etc. Hire these people. Definitely.

I can’t say enough how amazing my house looks! It’s so nice to come down the stairs in the morning to a completely clean house! Everyone I dealt with, including the owner, Were so nice and did such a good job! I also thought the prices were extremely fair and I have scheduled them to come biweekly to my house because they are just the best!

Molly is a wonderful person doing wonderful caring work! Glad I was able to meet her and see how thoughtful her work is too!

Very professional service. My house looks great! I am a new customer and highly recommend.

AMAZING JOB!!!! T.L.C. house cleaners, Jen and Karen did a spectacular job. Everything was spotless and shining top to bottom. They worked non-stop. They are very professional and polite. Highly recommend.

I needed a cleaning service and after much thought I hired TLC. Jen did a fantastic job, friendly, got every detail, and the rooms look amazing. Thank you

Elise did a wonderful deep cleaning. Have been using TLC for about a year and I have always been very happy.

First day of weekly cleaning with Molly. I have used different cleaners over the years and I am incredibly happy with the results. Service has been fantastic, and the place is sparkling.

I hired T.L.C. Home Services for a deep clean before I went home after major surgery. The ladies did an amazing job. My house was the cleanest its been since I moved in.
I am also using them bi-weekly to help with the cleaning I am unable to do. So professional and friendly. And they ask if they missed anything. They have been a lifesaver for me.

Emma is a great worker. She really takes her time. She's a nice and very polite girl.

We have had TLC cleaning our office for about two months and I could not be happier with the experience they provide! They are professional, thorough and truly care about your satisfaction. I look forward to continuing our relationship together.

We used T.LC. Home Services for the first time to give a refresh and deep fall cleaning to our apartment and everything was great! From the scheduling, cleaning and follow-up everything was excellent!

Kim and Elise did a great job cleaning our apartment. It's like the day we moved in everything is so clean!

We will definitely use their services in the future for deep cleans!

Kim and the whole team at TLC Home Services are amazing! We have been clients since 2019, they have always been prompt, thorough, responsive and professional. we highly recommend them to anyone with cleaning needs!

5 Stars for T.L.C.! Elise and Alyssa were our cleaners. Both friendly and efficient. I'm thrilled with the results of these two very hard workers!

Jennifer was professional, thorough, and cordial. I have an oven that was in sad shape and now it looks like new. Every time I look around I see something else she cleaned that I hadn’t noticed before. Based on her excellent job, I have signed up for a monthly maintenance cleaning. I recommend the business TLC and its employee Jennifer as top notch.

I recently hired TLC Home Services for their Move-In Deep Clean package, and I couldn’t be more impressed. Heather, Desiree, and Elise were absolutely fantastic—thorough, friendly, and incredibly detail-oriented. They went above and beyond to make sure every corner of our new home was spotless and move-in ready. Their hard work gave us such peace of mind during a hectic time, and we’re so grateful for the care they put into their work. I highly recommend TLC Home Services to anyone looking for a dependable and meticulous cleaning team!

I had TLC cleaning services come in to do a deep clean of my house. I haven’t been able to clean because of medical issues for six months. They did a wonderful job. Each of the technicians were friendly accommodating, and showed attention to detail. I would definitely recommend TLC cleaning to anyone.
