Septic System reviews in Southwick, Massachusetts

Not trustworthy.

Very professional family business that I highly recommend!

Top notch septic service and repair. Fair and honest.

Called them to pump our septic tank. Made appt to come out first thing 9:00am on Monday morning the following week. I spent all weekend digging up my garden (in 95 degree heat) looking for the cover for them. My husband took off work to be there. Its now 10:45 and they didn't show up, and don't answer their phones.

Had title five and septic pumping done and they were very prompt and courteous. Their rates are comparable to all the other local contractors. But the service is top notch. They even got me in ahead of schedule. Definitely recommend them.

I know I didn't add any photos, but trust me, these guys did a great job. I love my new driveway, it's exactly what I wanted to see, professionally done. Great communication, polite, respectful, honest and left my property looking awesome. Don't hesitate to talk to them if you're getting prices or looking for guidance on your project. Two thumbs up, nice job!

Berry Construction came out quickly to do our title 5 inspection. They did a great job, leaving hardly a trace after the inspection was completed. Bryce and Dave answered every question I had, and took their time explaining the entire inspection as we went through it. I highly recommend using Berry Construction.

Had a great experience with Chris from Berry Construction. We were having a plumbing emergency and although we were (finally) able to get that under control, we were still looking to have our septic tank pumped. We made an appointment for the following week but Chris ended up calling later that afternoon saying he had time to shoot over. He was super friendly and helpful and we couldn't have been happier! Will definitely call them again in two years =)

Septic system pumping...
I contacted Berry Construction last week to set an appointment to have my septic pumped. Holly, in the office was professional and set an appointment for me quickly. Today (4/4/23) Chris and Bryce pulled in and got straight to work. These two men were super courteous, very, very professional and just a joy to work with. I've had other companies out to do this, but Berry Construction is the best. I totally recommend them for this and other services. Thank you, Berry Construction, for hiring such great people.

Have been getting our Septic pumped from Berry for 20 years. Always dependable and careful with our yard. Currently we are moving so needed a Title 5. They found some problems with our D box cover. Holly sent us videos and was in constant communication with us. They were able to fix it AND get it inspected by the town in record time!! Highly recommend!! 👍🏻👍🏻 Holly was fantastic!

Outstanding job! Holly is great very professional. Dave jr. knowledge and no how took care of me very well. What was meant to be just a pump that I needed turned out to be something more. but he took care of it. I am totally appreciative of Berry Construction for taking care of me.

I had reached out to Dave for help with a title five and to fix a few broken pipes. Little did we know that it was going to end up being a huge job with quite a bit wrong with the septic that had to be fixed. Dave is incredibly knowledgeable, caring and honest. He kept me updated throughout the whole process and his team was able to get everything done in a timely manner. I cannot express my gratitude enough. I highly recommend Berry construction for any of your needs.
