Electrical reviews in Spencer, Massachusetts

We used Bradley Cook Electrician LLC to rewire our home with up to code outlets, as well as having them install an outside outlet and update our appliance (washer/dryer and range) outlets. They were friendly, professional and prompt. We even ran into a few additional issues as we went along but they were able to troubleshoot and complete the work quickly. Would definitely recommend them if you need an electrician in the central MA area!

We had a wonderful experience with Bradley. He is professional, reliable and did a great job. We will definitely use him again and recommend him to others.

We had Bradley Cook Electrician LLC install some new outlets and reconfigure an existing single switch to a two-way switch in our home. Bradley and the very personable crew he assigned to our work were professional, timely, courteous, and efficient in completing the work, with excellent results. They also took the time to consult with us prior to starting the work and as they proceeded, to make sure that the new facilities were set up exactly as we wanted them. We most definitely would hire them again if we need additional electrical work in our home!

I am thrilled to have connected with Bradley Cook and crew. Bradley is smart, knowledgable, professional, and keeps up with all the latest technologies to offer the best solutions to your specific project. He runs a nice operation. His team members are knowledgable, reliable, focused, friendly, and meticulous. They were on-site when they said they would be, finished their scope of work in one day, cleaned up, and got their inspection the very next day! I would highly recommend Bradley Cook Electrician, LLC for any residential or commercial electrical project you’re involved in.

Very accommodating, quick scheduling for the next morning. Had a comprehensive inspection of a main panel and they included pictures and quotes codes in the report in a clear and concise manner. Pricing was very reasonable and I will certainly consider using their services again in the future.

Bradley and his team were excellent to work with. He walked through our project, outline a few different options for us, and worked well within our budget. He was responsive and arrived on time, and got a huge project of upgrading our pannel, adding a couple outlets and repairing a few odd things done in just over a day! When we discovered a ground fault in the new gfi breaker he came right back out to fix it within a couple days. I would highly recommend Bradley and his team for any electrical work you need done, and will be sure to call him again if we ever need more work done

Very meticulous work, did a great job replacing an old electrical panel that has a mess of old wires and water damage. They left our basement in better/cleaner condition than they found it. Great communication and pricing.

I recently hired Bradley to install a NEMA 14-50 outlet for my EV charging needs and I couldn't be happier with the results. From the initial consultation to the final installation, Bradley was professional, knowledgeable and accommodative.
Communication was great throughout. Bradley was very transparent regarding pricing, provided a clear and fair estimate upfront, and completed the project within the agreed-upon budget and timeline with no hidden costs or surprises. He came on time, performed the installation well and left the work area clean and spot free.
Overall, very satisfied with the service received and would highly recommend him for electrical work.
