I have had Butler cleaning take care of cleaning between AirBnB guests a number of times now. The house is always clean, he always arrives on time, and my guests have raved about how good of a job he has done.

I hired him primarily to dust my home - I have a broken wrist. Ended up paying him more to do floors and bathrooms to make it worth his time. Had to call him after his second visit because it looked like the house had not been dusted and I had to redo it all due to house guests coming after a family funeral the day after Butler cleaned. I only knew he had come because the check was gone. We had a nice conversation - I didn't ask for money back or for him to come back and finish the job, just to do better in the future. Recently, on my own, I put in extra money because I had a lot of Christmas decorations to work around. I also always leave treats for him with his check. Again, the same day he came, it was clear that he just kind of loosely dusted around things and skipped a lot of surfaces entirely. I called him, VERY NICELY to talk about giving extra money and hoping a better job would be done. He just said he was "cutting ties" and hung up on me leaving me stuck right before Christmas. He clearly wants to be paid for doing the job of a high school kid being forced by his Mom to do chores before being allowed to go out - with the same kind of attitude.
