Mr. Tatro and his team arrived pretty much at the established time. They went right to work, were very professional, courteous, and pleasant. They finished all work that had been agreed to and in my opinion went the extra step in cleaning up after themselves.

Brian & crew completed a 100 to 200 amp electrical upgrade along with installing a whole house minisplit/heat pump system (7 minisplits & 2 condensors). Crew was hardworking, professional, and polite.
Brian was very patient in reviewing the entire operational components of the system with us.
The whole job was completed in 2 days, during the very hot July heat wave. Very pleased with the work and the outcome. Would hire Brian again!

Expect to be treated disrespectfully unless you’re a man. When Brian’s team pulled up and almost took down our electrical line with their truck, I stepped outside to kindly warn the driver. He sarcastically and rudely responded, “they’re still on your house, aren’t they?” I confronted the worker about this and of course he did not apologize. When I then confronted the owner (Brian) about this and requested an apology from his worker, he defended him, accused me of being difficult, and told his crew to pack up and leave. He abandoned a 40K job because he refused to hold his staff accountable for disrespect. Avoid at all costs unless you're comfortable welcoming shady and disrespectful people into your home.
