Kyle was beyond helpful. I found a home that I had finally got an accepted offer at and he took the time to thoroughly review the entire inspection and give me an estimate on repairs. He walked me through every step of what would be needed and it was more than a fair quote for a massive electrical upgrade/overhaul/rewire.

The company that installed my mini split system used CB electric for the electrical side of the installation. Everything was fine until my dryer outlet stopped working after he came. He ended up coming out two more times. On the second time he never even has a conversation with me. The employee who installed my heating system informs me that the electrician said that it was never hooked up. He asked me if I had any work done and I said only what you guys did. Next thing I know I get a bill in the mail for $1,050. Needless to say I was not understanding what happened. When I speak with him he proceeds to repeat what I was told before. I reiterated that my dryer outlet worked the whole time until this installation. I felt like he was insinuating that I was lying. When I calmly and respectfully pointed that out to him he lost it on me. He started yelling at me that he’ll take care of it and that “you got what you wanted!” and hung up on me. 0/10 I would never recommend this company to anyone!

I'm posting this review to let you know how satisfied my wife and I are with the work you did for us. The new electric panel makes all the difference in what we planned to do and I wanted to say thanks for the suggested upgrade, It's refreshing to work with such a well run company. Thanks again!
