Plumbing reviews in Springfield, Massachusetts

#1in the number 2 business Rooterman stamped

Always there to help with a smile when needed.

Needed a part for my AC unit and Plimpton & Hills had it….

To the person who answered my call on Friday April 14, 2023 at 4pm THANK YOU.
LONG STORY SHORT my AC broke on a 90* day with a 4 month old baby asking where is the AC. When I called for a part, they had it. They also stayed open a little later for us and gave directions to locate the building.

AGAIN THANK for the best customer service..

Derrick has been my number 1 supply house guy, he is knowledgeable and very quick acting. When it comes to my orders and anyone else's orders

Jason was the epitome of great customer service. Pleasant, knowledgeable, expedient and professional. I will be back!

Jason saved my life with my Gerber spud gasket. Thank you for the help and confidence!!

In the springfield branch the counter guys are great it's the only reason I come back but the prices are high and they always have stuff not in stock and it's common stuff a plumbing supply house should have

My favorite and only heating and air supply house. Shoutout to Kieth, and Jay, idk what I’d do without you guys. Professional or a homeowner looking to DIY, these guys will take care of you.

Hard working polite and super fast

Awesome company. Great work.

guy is great came the same day !! call him !!!

He was very friendly and addressed all my concerns

I highly recommend Know The Flo Sewer and Drain. Excellent service.

Had an emergency and he came out right away even though it was late

Drain line clogged again within days, called someone else and he told me the job wasn't done properly, $300+ wasted never got a call back.

Very helpful and informative through the whole process. Neil was very communicative and arrived on time.

Called Neil and he came by as soon as he could have. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Went above and beyond what he originally came for. Highly recommend.

Neil was great, professional and very knowledgeable. He cleaned out my main drain all the way to the city line. Would highly recommend him.

The gentleman neil who came was fast, knowledgeable and efficient. They came the day after I called. They offered same day, but it wasn't an emergency. Cleaned out main drain all the way to city line. I recommend them highly. Thanks.

Neil is extremely dependable. I called him about a leaking water heater and he was at my house within hours. He worked hard on New Years day to install my new Water Heater.

I am so happy I called Know the Flow Sewer & Drain to help me with my plumbing emergency that occurred the day after Thanksgiving at 7 pm. I never expected how helpful and courteous they would be. Neil, who answered my call was patient and kind despite the panicked and crying state I was in while trying to explain the problem I was experiencing. He was able to talk me through the immediate problem of extremely hot water pouring into my basement and was at my house within 20 minutes and able to fix it. I did not hesitate to accept his offer to return the next day to complete the repairs. Not only did he show up at the time he said he would the quoted price did not change despite the additional work that was needed to correct the problem then was originally thought. I definitely plan on using Know the Flow Sewer & Drain for any needed repairs in the future considering how quickly they responded and how reasonable their prices are. It is a great feeling knowing there is a local/honest and courteous business availble in western massachusetts.
