My tree service was done in August 2024, but wanted to wait for spring to see how the tree blossomed with it trimmed. Amazingly!!!! Very happy not only with the work done but also the two fabulous team members that came and tackled my tree.

I have been buying firewood for the past 10 years for our wood stove. This is the first time I bought it from Arbor Tech and I am absolutely thrilled!

Normally, I get wood from vendors on Craigslist. I’ve had many problems with being shorted, too many pieces cut too short or too long, wood cut all the same thickness, excessive amounts of debris, wood not seasoned as much as I was told and most of the wood being round (from branches). The delivery I just received from Arbor Tech was none of that.

The driver was friendly, courteous and professional. I could tell as soon as it was hitting our driveway that it was good quality and well-seasoned. As I stacked it, I continued to be impressed with the beautifully cut hardwoods, cut from the trunk not branches. There was a variety of thicknesses and the perfect amount of small pieces for kindling, too. It was also a generous amount of wood!

I know this wood will make many warm and cozy fires this winter. I will never again by my firewood from craigslist sellers and will be a long time customer of Arbor Tech. Highly recommended!

We have an old hollowed out 4 foot length/2 foot width stump pulled from the ground and 2 trunks about 5 feet in length/2 feet in width each also already pulled from the ground that we need removed. How much does this generally cost? My 16" chainsaw did me well through about 10 feet but the last 5 is just to thick.

These guys did an amazing job cutting back a huge oak I had hanging over my house. They cleaned everything up and it was as if they were never at my house. There was a giant limb over my garage and three large limbs over my house. They got all of them for a great price and timely on scheduling. Thanks guys!!!

My partner and I bought our first home, and noticed there were two large trees that needed removal/trimming. They were growing a bit too closely to the house, and even into telephone lines.

Arbortech was an absolute joy to work with. They got us a quote within days of contact, and their prices were the best of everyone else we spoke with! Jenn was an absolute angel with all the questions we had, and the actual tree removal was quick, painless, and everything we wanted. We’re in love with the results!!

Update June 2024: Three weeks ago, we had ArborTech here for the third time. Each visit, the teams have been super pleasant and have done terrific work. This time we had them safely drop four trees that were starting to encroach upon our house. To avoid potentially damaging our home and ornamental bushes, they climbed two of the four trees to limb and cut them from the top down. All the work was spot on once again. In the past, we've even had them cut dead limbs on trees a couple hundred feet into the woods on our property that were overhanging a path we routinely use to get to the back of our lot. They will continue to be our go-to team.

From 2020: We recently recognized that one of our large oaks had about a third of its large limbs die off from gypsy moth caterpillar damage. The tree service we usually used was not responding to our calls and their mailbox was constantly full. After researching options through Google search, we chose ArborTech and are very glad we did.

They arrived on time with a team of four - two for the ground cleanup work and two for the tree work. All very professional and clearly experienced, not young college age workers I've seen with some other services.

In the primary area of work, there are a number of wild azalea and blueberry bushes that we asked they minimize damage to. Every large limb was lowered by rope such that not one bush was harmed.

Two other trees required extensive climbing to remove dead limbs and the owner, Randy, did great work getting to the limbs we identified and some we hadn't noticed.

All in all, a phenomenal job. In the future, if need more tree work, they will be our first call.

When I needed 7 trees taken down on short notice, not only was ArborTech on-site with a quote with a quickness, that quote was *considerably* lower than any others I had gathered. Day-of, the crew was on time, extremely attentive to my requests, and unbelievably efficient in their operation. All that, and they were a friendly lot, too. I can't recommend ArborTech enough, top marks across the board.

I had one branch that fell on to another branch and I had another branch that was basically going to fall off soon. I had called ArborTech and they were quick to set up and appointment and later got my quote, which was a great price! They sent me an email with the date. The crew came and did the job quick and clean too. I was really impressed. Thank you to everyone at ArborTech, you guys were Godsent. If anyone is reading this to find tree services done, these are the right people to do the job for you.

1. Unreliable! Did not show up for service on the date scheduled.
2. Don't respond to clients calls, text and e mail messages timely.
3. Written estimate did not include verbal agreements
4. Did not complete the job requested.
5. When asked to complete the job, was very disrespectful.

David came out in one days time and cut a left over crab tree stump ground it for Mt and remove some tree logs left in my yard by someone else all this was done jn like 2 hours.amazing work thank you David I will think of you every time I work in my yard

I went back-and-forth with these people for literally months. When they finally set an appointment for an estimate, they never showed. They claimed they did come, and would email me an estimate. Three months later, I never got the estimate. I would not trust this company to be responsible with their work.

Response to Owner: I called you guys in Novemeber for an estimate, but didn't hear back until 12/31 via text with Loryn. I definiately did not get an estimate. I also looked in my spam. Also, the hemlocks need to be trimmed every year. I have been looking for additional quotes (but that is besides the point of this review). If you didn't want to do it in the Winter, then that should have been told to me instead of having me wait. It's interesting and telling that the owner never seems to take responsibility for any of the negative reviews.

Western Mass Tree Care did some work for me last year. They cut down 1 tree and trimmed two others. I found them to be reasonably priced, friendly and they did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. I would definitely recommend them for your tree cutting and trimming needs.
