These guys came in and did a wonderful job of refreshing my mulch beds that had been neglected for years! Clean out, weed, edge, mulch - it looks fantastic! Really appreciate the guys hard work and communication throughout the process. Would most certainly recommend them, and will definitely be working with them again!

These guys are GREAT! They leveled off pavers that had sank, creating trip hazards, power washed more thoroughly than I had ever seen (including equipment from Star Wars), then applied polymeric quite expertly, moving patio furniture around as needed. Neat, professional, skilled, very reasonably priced (I added some) -- they are simply THE BEST!

Mike III and his team at Diverdi Property Solutions did a sensational job restoring curb appeal to my yard, after THREE immensely frustrating years of trying to tackle it myself.

From the outset, Mike was fair and transparent in pricing, highly communicative, and personally ensured we were aligned on approach to the project. I was referred through a friend, who spoke highly of the consistent quality across many commercial projects - it’s abundantly clear to me why.

Mike & team graded/leveled my backyard, performed garden bed prep and mulching in the front and back, and readied both for next-day hydroseed. The entire project took less than 3 full days, which is a testament to how efficient the crew was without giving an inch in quality.

I came across Mike doing some work for a neighbor. I asked him to stop by to see if he could help me. He came, looked at what needed to be done and did an estimate for me. I had a walkway that was done years ago that needed some serious work done and I was embarrassed at the way that it looked and I was concerned that people walking on it would get hurt. Mike showed up with his team and went to work. Mike was able to finish the job in 3 days. The job looks better than new!
