Reviews of local pros in Sterling, Massachusetts

Brian and his team are truly wonderful to work with! They took a tree down for us last year and when they left there was barely a scattering of pine needles on the driveway! They are professional and a joy to work with!Highly recommend the Favreau Forestry team!

The level of attention to detail and quality or work from the tree crew to the office was absolutely great. The expertise of the tree crew was 2nd to none, they went over and above.

The cleanup work was immaculate.

With that said the price for the removal of the trees and stumps was more than fair and a great value to say the least.

Great work !
Thank you !!!

Recently had Favreau take down one tree in my yard and trimmed the overgrowth from a neighbor's 2 trees. Great job! Safe, efficient, and good clean up! I would definitely bring them back! Thanks again to Brian and his crew. Also, ground down the stump the next day! 👍

These guys are the absolute best! Such beautiful work from start to finish! They went above and beyond. Customer for life!

Favreau Forestry has done work for us at Camp Woodhaven for almost 30 years. They have done dozens of projects for us. Always great work, at a great price, and when they leave the place is spotless.

I just wanted to say thank you and great job removing the tree in front of my house this morning.. I had fun watching how efficient the team was and was even a little sad to see it go once I realized the birds won’t be back again to the houses we had put on the tree years ago.. thanks again!

I have been a client of Favreau Forestry for many years, meaning I return to them because of their good work.
I have used them for very big jobs, involving removal of 120' trees being craned in sections over the house.
I have used them for moderate jobs of mature tree canopy balancing and opening.
I always return to them for bulk mulch purchases. Their mulch is organic, without dyes and free of waste and impurities.
Their prices are (I believe) very fair.
Most of all, their owners and their staff are people of integrity. They take pride in their work; they honor their proposals and their final work product.
I have even had them tell me they noticed something I thought was minor and they made an accommodation, even when I said it was unnecessary.
Because I place great value in professionalism and integrity and because I have several years of positive experience with Favreau, I recommend them without reservation.

We highly recommend Favreau Forestry! They did an incredible job removing a number of trees for a very fair price! Highly professional! We use them every year for our firewood.

We’ve used Favreau 3-4 times now and always receive top notch service. Fast responses, excellent thorough work. We had two huge stumps grounded this time. Friendly workers who ask exactly what you want done. And great cleanups! They have several pieces of big machinery that are solid and fast. Can’t say enough positive things about Favreau! Good prices, too.

We're so happy with the tree removal work from Favreau Forestry! Brian and Madeline were a true pleasure to work with - they were both professional, friendly and honest about the trees that didn't need to come down. We got a few quotes and Favreau Forestry had the best price, by far. Brian and his crew were a safe, fast, well-oiled machine that were amazing to watch. They were all polite, friendly and respectful of our property. The clean up was impressive too! We were so happy to use a local company in town and would 100% hire them again and recommend them to our friends.

I had a tall pine blow down that I wanted cleaned up to a point where I could get at it. Brian and his crew came and cleaned up the fall in great form. Now I have space to do my thing. Great service and price.

My family and I have used Brian and his crew on multiple occasions and they always have provided top notch service. Excellent work and very professional!

Favreau Forestry did an excellent job with the removal of downed tree limbs, tree trimming, and removal of a small dead tree. They worked quickly and did an excellent job cleaning up after the work was completed. I highly recommend Favreau Forestry.

Brian and crew showed up when promised and removed a very dangerous tree and a big pile of blowdown trees. The job was done efficiently and clean up was great. I’m going to have them back in the Spring.

We got together with several neighbors to have a total of 8 trees taken down. Brian and crew are top notch! We were all very impressed with the job they did. We are very happy we hired Favreau Forestry and would hire them again no doubt.

Brian came by (on schedule) and consulted on tree removal and followed-up with a video detailing each tree that would be removed or trimmed. The video helps ensure everyone is on the same page re scope of work. Brian and the team did a great job on our lot. We are very pleased with the work and relieved that several unsafe treats have been removed. Five star rating based on a great experience.

Favreau Forestry works conscientiously and efficiently. They leave your property in meticulous condition when job is completed. The crew is extremely professional, safety conscious and considerate. Office management is courteous, easy to work with and provides great follow-up. We highly recommend Favreau Forestry for any of your tree service needs.

Brian and his team were Professional and courteous. The work was performed exactly as quoted. Great communication before during and after. From start to finish excellent job. Cleanup was immaculate. Highly recommended. Before and after pictures. Thank you for a job well done. Gary L

Favereau Forestry has worked on my Sterling properties multiple times since 2008. This last time, mid winter, was the most major, giant pine tree, clearing project yet. Brian and his team rock. Safe, professional, timely execution. Slept a lot easier through this last storm with these trees taken down. See attached pic of me standing in front of the stack.

Wow do they know there business. Professional, intelligent and fair. Very punctual. Check out there programs online or call them! Satisfied customer!

Thank you, great job
