They did a great job, I would use them again.

Great job by Prometheus - real prices from real people and great service!

Work has been done well but now the whole company has disappeared and I have other people asking us for money I'm very confused

Helped identify a leak and promptly returned when it required additional investigation. Would gladly recommend.

Excellent service. Chris and Anthony were professional and helpful. Came very quick. Definitely recommed

The plumbers from Prometheus saved me several hundred dollars by repairing a toilet rather than insisting that I get a new toilet.

Had problem with shower, they arrived on time, identified the problem and it was fixed quickly. Quality and efficient

I never got a report for the supposed inspection that happened at this point. I’m not even sure the inspection occurred and I can’t believe I paid this company

All the guys have been great. Professional but friendly and responsive. They are my one and only service!

Responded to our request and fixed our issue in less than 24 hours, they were easy and great to work with!

Allen and Gill were professional, responsive, and knowledgeable. They diagnosed the problem quickly and explained what needed to be done, then quickly solved the problem.

The team was on time, courteous, helpful and did a thorough checkup/fix of our bathroom shower system. I highly recommend the service

Think twice before hiring this guy. I was naive enough to prepay in full after he convinced me that job would be done ASAP. Right, I've been chasing him for over a month now. My project in Haverhill is in big trouble because of this individual. Litigations are coming

Best experience I've had with a plumber in a long time. Quick response to an emergency, great communication, everything in writing and very clear, and the work done quickly and well

We used Prometheus to repair a faucet at our house. Christian came over the same day, explained the issue to us, and was able to resolve our issue. We’ll be using Prometheus again.

Jalen and his helper did a great job. They where very respectful and I would highly recommend Prometheus to all my family and friends. Good quality work. Thank you.

Faucet has been leaking for a while, called Prometheus and they showed up same day and fixed the issue. Pricing was upfront and plumbers were knowledgeable

I called Friday around 12:00 p.m. and someone came out within the hour to assess and give me an estimate for which they could complete the repair a couple of days later and they came out as promised and did a nice professional job and installation and I would recommend and use their services again.

DO NOT HIRE - this company is a scam. After charging me half of the cost of the services up front, they proceeded to not show up 4 times in a row. I asked to be reimbursed, however it has been a month and they continue to make up excuses. Currently working with my credit card to flag as fraud.
