The ARS technician was friendly, yet totally professional in troubleshooting my HVAC problem. He came prepared and with camera to document my system's problem areas. He went over the results and recommendations twice with me to be sure I understood his recommendations.

On Christmas Day my old furnace failed. After a couple of calls I ended up on Home Depot who sent ARS. Team was professional and dedicated from the very beginning. It was big job. They delivered! Highly recommend!

Have been with ARS for at least 20 yrs. The people have been great with few exceptions. Christopher, our technician today, did a terrific job. He came on time, was very polite, and did his job quickly and professionally.

Great, expedited service from ARS to replace our failing water heater. The technicians were extremely professional, knowledgeable and helpful.

ARS did a fantastic job. Brittany was courteous and confirmed the appointment. Cole arrived on time, performed the furnace tune-up, and provided excellent customer service.

My tech was so good! He totally helped me understand my furnace and heating and air conditioning system. He showed me that I had filters that I need to clean in my mini split. Thank you!

Very accommodating to having to reschedule to due blizzard of 2026. Came home after 72 hours no power. System needed to be flushed they came out that day to due the tune up and take care of the light.

Everyone was kind, patient and helpful. I had no heat and they did everything they could to get me a new furnace ASAP. They saved Christmas for my family! So appreciative. I have been using ARS for about 10 years and am always pleased.

Angel from ARS came to check out a smell in my basement and took care of the problem right away. He was professional, clean, and respectful throughout the whole visit. He even called to see if he could come earlier, which worked out great for us. He did an excellent job. I really appreciate his work and would definitely recommend him.

Five stars all the way. My heating system was not functioning properly. I called on Saturday and a technician, Pierre showed up a couple hours later and fixed the problem. Very happy with service!

Words cannot express how grateful we felt working with these guys. From the management staff, Sales Rep. Airton A., HVAC team: Aaron, Jesse, Jason, Casey to the admin Melissa. These folks had me open my wallet so wide I didn’t even notice the price tag. They were very knowledgeable. Stood behind their company’s core values. They were punctual and respectful of the time allocated to get the work done. I’m very pleased to say ARS did my HVAC systems.

These guys are clean, professional and very nice throughout the process. I have never felt comfortable leaving contractors and not worry about the quality. My situation was unique. Because of the seller’s deception by cutting the pipe and capped them which eliminated heat from traveling throughout the house. And yes, the house was inspected. We can’t not send a quick shoutout to him Sam C. He didn’t do his due diligence although I was his client.. It’s overwhelming having to spend 50K when what happened was done intentional.

ARS -Boston came out and did a great job! I truly didn’t mind spending the money. The guys were absolutely fantastic!!! Words truly cannot express my gratitude for the work performed. They really didn’t mind working with us and truly made us feel comfortable AFTERWARDS. As a loyal customer and they got me forever. The were extremely thorough and helpful. No question was left unanswered. Again after the price tag, I had no complaints.

The technician Pierre showed on time and diagnosed the problem fast and fixed the issues for my rental unit. He also stayed after to throughly access the system and made sure the heating system was functioning properly. I highly recommend ARS.

Our service technician was very professional. He was very informative about our fairly new Lennox heating system. Dustin found an issue that the prior technicians couldn’t find and is hoping to resolve it. These new heating systems are getting very complicated and I’m glad Dustin is on their team! He’s the best!

I just had Jesse, a technician with ARS , conduct a system inspection on my boiler. He was cordial, extremely helpful knowledgeable. He explained everything in detail and explained how my system is operating and pointed out any issues I should be aware of. He focused on the details and showed me everything. My system is about 20 years old and I’m taking some preventative measures to make sure that I know what I need to do. I’m very satisfied with the experience.

ARS came to the rescue and fixed what was broken in an efficient and prompt manner. Our furnace had stopped working the day after Christmas. We called ARS and the technician - Timothy came and quickly found the issue. He was really nice and knowledgeable! The furnace is back in just a couple of days after ordering some parts and testing out some wires. Thanks Tim for such great experience and learning something new about our furnace. We’ve been with ARS for over 8 years and appreciate all the help that we receive along the way.

Andrew Mcloughlin is very responsible, very knowledgeable yet very professional. He quickly figured out the issue with my heat up set up, fixed it, did check several things to make sure it works properly. Great job! I highly recommend him and ARS.

I am so glad I chose ARS. My furnace went right before the new year and they were able to come out the same day I called. I got my furnace the next day. Brendan came out and was super helpful. He helped me get the right financing for me and didn't rush me to make a choice he guided me on what steps to take and gave me options of furnaces to choose from. He made it simple and easy. The crew that came out to change the furnace wasted no time, they were very respectful and punctual. This company definitely has people who know what they are doing. I highly recommend.

They were fast and responsive. Our furnace was not turning on last night and the temps went down to 14° last night. The technician came first thing in the morning. Very grateful for the fast and courteous service. Would definitely recommend ARS!
