I booked ARS for a winter heating tune up service and was scheduled for Dec 12th. I get a call on Dec 12 and they postponed my appointment to Dec 29th due to shortage of technicians.
On Dec 29th I get another call that they want to postpone it again to Jan last week for the very same reason - "Shortage of technicians". At this point it wasn't making any sense to wait till end of January to get my heating unit tuned up.Will never recommend them to anyone or use their services ever.

The ARS technician was friendly, yet totally professional in troubleshooting my HVAC problem. He came prepared and with camera to document my system's problem areas. He went over the results and recommendations twice with me to be sure I understood his recommendations.

The employees were professional except for the plumber. He came in my house through the basement without talking to me and start pulling my insulation from the chimney.
Management from another state gave me an installation date without telling the Boston teams their plans.
It was chaotic. They were disorganized with the schedule and the lender. I thought it was a scam because the day that they had to install they didn't show. I called the Boston office, they told me that I didn't have an appointment on their schedule. Then I call the lender they told me that they don't have any paperwork on me. What had happened the folder was on someone's desk and they didn't type it on the computer.
That was very unprofessional and I am not happy
