I do not like leaving reviews but I feel like this is called for and can maybe save someone the time and stress that we had to deal with by using total temp.
My business has been using total temp for 4 years. Recently when we reached out about servicing our AC unit we were told that they would be here that week but no one came and no one reached out. I followed up the next week and was told by Andy (the owner) that they would be here Wednesday. Wednesday came and went with no call and another no show. We followed up again on Thursday and Andy was unapologetic and dismissive, told us someone would be there before lunch and then hung up mid conversation. Again, no one came and no one called.
It is now the 3rd week and our calls are left unanswered and no one has returned any of our messages and my business is suffering because of this. As a result of this and the overwhelming heat, we have had to turn clients away. We have to have air conditioning in our establishment to run our business. This has affected us tremendously and has been a major inconvenience and their complete disregard for keeping their appointments and their complete lack of communication is beyond unprofessional.
