Alex and his team did a wonderful job replacing our two gas funaces. They were responsive, straight to the point with their estimates, knowledgeable, and very helpful with any questions we had. Very good experience.

Alex was great! When I lost my heat last month, I scheduled an appointment for a Monday for repair, but when the weather suddenly turned colder, Alex called and said he would come by on Saturday morning, his day off. He worked tirelessly for hours (It's in old furnace and the blower motor was stuck) and got my heat working again. He did not charge any overtime rates like some other companies do. He also took the time to answer all my questions. He was pleasant, honest, clean, very knowledgable, and his rates were some of the best. I would hire him again in a minute! Thanks Alex!

I was very pleased with Alex and his team. We had 4 zone heat pumps installed over 4 days. His team was very professional - courteous and kind. They were very clean - placed walking sheets, wore booties indoors, cleaned up every day. Communication was excellent and Price was fair. I would highly recommend them to others.

We had central air installed at our house, and from the beginning Alex was responsive and thorough in answering all our questions. I hired Alex to fix my HVAC heating system. We had no heat for 3 days. Alex responded to my call within a few hours and was able to come by to diagnose the problem the same day. Turned out that we needed the gas valve replaced for our heating system. Alex came by the next day to replace the part. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and respectful of our home. Even vacuumed after himself! Pricing was fair. Would hire him again!

Alex is a complete professional. HIs crew did an amazing job. He installed a dual head AC unit and all the work was top of the line.

Alex and his crew did an awesome job replacing my furnace and AC. They were clean, quiet, on time, and professional. The quality of work is fantastic, a very clean installation. Little details like making sure the condenser was level (and on a base of crushed marble) along with re-routing my exhaust and intake (I didn't even have a clean air intake with the previous install) were the icing on the cake. He also made it easy to register the product and apply for rebates. Highly recommended!

Alex was awesome! Our water heater began leaking and we wanted to replace the entire boiler with a new tankless system. We booked our work with Smart Climate but the water heater finally gave out, leaving us looking at 3 weeks with no hot water. Alex came to the rescue, moved up our install date and did excellent work. He also walked us through the full Mass Save rebate program for our service. A+ job! Thank you!

Wanted to pursue proposals to have a new central air conditioning system installed in our home. Alex was hands down the best when it came to communication and following through with scheduling. His pricing was right where I hoped it would be. The work performed was done in a neat and professional manner with noticeable care taken to mitigate any disruptions to the home. He left all his work areas in better condition than when he started. The new system works great. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for HVAC services. Do not hesitate to hire them!

We hired Alex to install 2 mini splits and a great pump. Alex was great during the quote process providing us with multiple options. Alex and his team were wonderful to work with. If you need an awesome HVAC company, hire Smart Climate and don’t look any farther. I had two different companies coming by to fix my central AC , both giving me different reasoning of a problem, and one even suggested necessity of purchase new air handler. Thank goodness for Alex, who not only diagnosed and fixed the issue right away and saved me from spending thousands of dollars, but also came in the middle of heat wave and worked in the attic in the temp easily at least 100F without complaints . Thank you again Alex, you are the best.

After living through a few summers in our 1933 house, we decided to invest in ACs. We called Smart Climate due to all of their great reviews. Alex walked us through different options, central vs. minisplits, and helped us decide what would work best for our house and be most economical. He was very friendly, polite, knowledgeable, and informative. Gave us a few options, a very thorough estimate, and answered all of our questions about the system he would install. Once he had the deposit, he was at our house 1 week later, ready to install everything!!! Super fast, reliable, overall, a wonderful experience! Definitely recommend

Choosing a contractor for replacing our central air system was made easier when I met with Alex. His professionalism and interest in our needs was the first indicator that I found the right person. Alex was the only contractor to investigate our existing system, electrical connections, take measurements, pictures and ask about the old system’s performance.

To compare bids with other contractors, I asked each responding contractor to provide a quote on a system I selected. Alex not only provided a competitive bid, but his suggestion to move to a slightly smaller unit confirmed my belief that our old system was likely over-sized. No other contractor picked up on this. While the other contractors submitted bids to replace the old unit with an equal-sized system, they did not bother to consider my preferred system for cost comparison and only provided a bid for systems that I was not interested.

On the day of the install Alex kept me informed of his arrival time. Alex and his assistant were highly professional during the install, we hardly knew they were working in our house. No shortcuts or shoddy work here – once installed Alex instrument tested our system to ensure it was functioning as designed.

I cannot say enough about our great experience with Smart Climate. Alex has found a customer for life.

Alex and his crew were phenomenal. They installed ductless mini-splits throughout my house and were the most courteous and respectful contractors I've ever worked with. They were up front and honest about all their services and answered every question I had. They left my house cleaner than when they started, literally they cleaned my dirty basement when they finished their work, I was in awe. I would highly recommend Smart Climate to anyone.

I reached out to 6 HVAC companies for quotes on replacing the furnace, and adding AC/Heat Pump. Of the 6, Alex was the only one that got back to me and came out in a timely manner.

He sent a quote over promptly, and was very insightful in discussing the different options we could go with.

The project itself was very well done and reasonably priced. He was one of the more affordable quotes we got considering the amount of work we needed done.

We got a new furnace, heat pump, two mini splits, and upgraded our electric.

His team was friendly and efficient.

At the end of the project, Alex walked us through everything they had installed and gave maintenance tips.

Alex and his crew were very efficient and considerate and completed the entire project in just two days. Alex was a patient and well-informed partner, helping greatly with out Mass HEAT loan application.

Highly recommend Smart Climate. Had a an all new heating and hvac system installed by them recently. Alex and his assistant were very professional and super easy to work with from start to finish. We needed to replace a very old heating system. Alex came did a full inspection and discussed our options. We decided to switch from an old oil furnace to an electric heat pump. He told us it would take about 3 weeks and that's exactly how long it took. Installation went smoothly and the new system works great. Couldn't be happier.

We needed to replace an old central AC unit located in our attic. In a timely manner, Alex performed an assessment, provided a thorough plan for the upcoming job, and sent us a quote. Throughout the project, he and his team proved to be flexible, respectful, and knowledgeable. Their work was neat, efficient, and high-quality. Furthermore, these professionals even managed to diagnose an issue with the electrical wiring we had and helped us resolve it. They also offered some practical advice regarding AC maintenance. Smart Climate replaced the AC system in my 2-story home, including all of the ductwork, the air handler, and the condenser, and upgrading it to two cooling zones rather than one. Alex got back to me on the quote right away and communicated quickly throughout the entire process, answering all of my question on tonnage, zones, quietness, etc. He and his team were professional, efficient and thorough. All of the work is top notch - tidy, well-installed, and proper. The team covered the carpets and the furniture at the start of every day, and removed it and vacuumed up at the end of every day. After the install Alex came out for a final visit and spent 45 minutes making final adjustments so that all of the registers blow effectively and quietly. The new system works just as we'd hoped and we could not be happier with their service.
