I went in with an issue that I thought I had solved, but turned out I was wrong. I explained my heating issue to the man behind the counter, and not only did he explain it all to me in layperson terms, he showed me how I could it with a chart and encouraged me to come back if I had any questions. So very helpful, professional, and knowledgeable, I would recommend them to anyone
