Last week I received probably one of the worst news a home owner can possibly get, which is a collapsed sewer line. The guys from Nicolopoulos Plumbing were great to work with: Knowledgeable, responsive, and provided reasonably priced services. They were also very effective in coordinating the work with Pat from Alexander Construction, who did the excavation.
I have tried Garabedian Plumbing and Roto Rooter in the past, yet Nicolopoulos Plumbing is by far the best in terms of experience, professionalism and price. I highly, highly recommend them.

Poor service. I was not impressed by the work we had done and it seems to be a bunch of kids running the place. Emoloyees on phones constantly and dont seem to know what theyre doing. Wasnt feeling too confident in the work and i will never call back

Doing a kitchen renovation and called a half dozen plumbers. Not only did Nicolopoulos call back the same day, they were the ONLY plumber to return a call within a two-week window. They completed the job for us before we even got callbacks from the other plumbers we contacted. Kept our project moving forward. Quality workmanship, attention to detail, and knowledgeable. Called before arrival. Professional straight forward and clearly defined plan and price structure up front. Friendly and professional at a reasonable cost. Efficient and mindful of your home, clean up after themselves and keep you informed. I will call them for any future Plumbing needs.

I called them on a Tuesday and they arrived on Thursday. Mike was professional, knowledgeable and efficient. He did need to figure out which parts he needed and then go out to buy them, but he didnt take very long. The price for the work was very reasonable, and i feel know i have a company i can rely on for plumbing and heating.

If there were more stars I did them more! Lisa had Brendan here within an hour to fix my clogged toilet and he was awesome! I would totally recommend them for their efficiency, friendliness, responsiveness! Thank you so much!

Friendly and nice professional guys! Technically they are very capable, can explain all different issues and finished the job to my satisfaction. The only part I didn't feel good was they went out to buy parts and it took them close to 2 hours and all that time was charged to customer. To be fair to customer, the business should have a transparent way of telling customer how much time it spends on the road. As customer, remember to ask for the parts receipt so you know where and when the purchase was made.

Excellent experience from making the first call to getting the work done. Had to get the gas connection to the stove disconnected and then connected back again. The lady who made the appointment was very professional and she scheduled everything. The tech showed up on time, came back to connect it back and all is well. They even billed me since I was out of town. Highly recommend.

One word...amazing!! Our upstairs toilet was leaking badly at shut-off valve. Had to put bucket under that needed emptying every hour. My wife & I aren't young & had to bend to empty all night...NOT easy! Called and Francisco & Brandon were here in about an hour...replaced everything, now like new. Very courteous & professional...can't thank you enough!! Nicolopoulos plumbing..the BEST!!!

We have used these folks for a multitude of plumbing needs and they are always very quick to get us on their books and are always transparent about what we could do ourselves vs. what they will do. They ALSO are always super knowledgeable about the problems at hand and take the time to explain what's going on. I am always happy with the outcome of their work and I have worked with atleast 5 different folks on their team who have helped get our plumbing in the best working order! Will use them forever.

10 stars!! Commercial tenant had emergency water heater issue on a Friday afternoon. Within 3 hours, a new water heater was installed and they were back in business. Highly recommend!

Fast and effective. I’ve (unfortunately) had several plumbing issues. Nicolopolous Plumbing has always had immediate availability and fixed my home’s issues on the first try. Crew is friendly and informative.

Jon and his team (Tom and Brandon) are amazing. They were timely, professional, and very respectful of my property. They made sure that they cleaned up after themselves and left no garbage laying around. Jon was super honest in his recommendation for the type of water heater I needed, he could have easily up-sold me but he did not. During removal they were very cautious to not damage and walls or floors and during installation they were meticulous with details and location of everything. Thank you so much for your great service and honesty, much appreciated.

First class work and service. I highly recommend this company. I had various long and short term complicated issues with our heating system. Many others tried to correct the system but could not. Jon and his guys have the system working perfectly and precisely on budget. Well done and thankyou

I think I’ll start by saying I appreciate that the owner and his son were able to come out on July 3rd and take a look at our clogged waste water pipe. I wish they would have stopped at “looking at it” though. They inserted the snake and in doing so severely damaged the pipe and told us “You have some time but I wouldn’t wait on it.”

Less than 24 hours after they left, we have more water in our basement than we did before calling them. Upon removing the wax that you can see in the first picture, it reveals a gigantic hole that was not there before they arrived. Incredibly disappointed in this service and I would caution others to thoroughly check the work before they leave.

We were quoted $2400 to replace a 2ft section of pipe in the future but I think we’ll cut our losses at the $600 drain cleaning and go with a group that focuses on completing the work. I anticipate a response from the company along the lines of “we gave you an estimate but didn’t have the truck there with us that day to handle this kind of work”…my response to that would be, given a hole as big as the one you see in the second picture, why wouldn’t you have just scheduled a revisit for this week and told us the gravity of the situation? Any other homeowners reading this, would you be ok with a contractor leaving a hole that big in your house? Especially the main drain for your home?

Edit: I had posted this review and then pulled it down until the folks we have used in the past looked at the work. They questioned why they would leave us with the giant hole in the pipe and then also confirmed that the pipe was actually crushed 50 ft into the yard and that the “clog” that John “removed” was not removed, if anything it was just pushed closer to the collapsed pipe.

It’s very concerning that people like this can operate in this manner and worst yet was that his son was with him, being shown that this kind of work is acceptable. Never again and my hope is that John learns from this review and works to improve the customer experience in the future…incredibly disgraceful service.
